after a few days pass from the second (of two) treatment, as long as I have been paid for the first two sprays, I will gladly respray the entire property at no charge.  I also expressed my strong desire to do right by her and asked that I might continue servicing her property.However, Ms [redacted] said all she really wanted was a refund.  I refunded her money at that time.
