If out of state do NOT buy a vehicle from here
They are holding my tags and registration until I pay $402 for there mistake on taxes and tags. My temp tag has expired and they won't do anything about it.

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Joseph PSo you looked extensively? Did you even read the original complaint?Apparently only bits and pieces of it, which were taken out of context. And yes, those were my wordsThese were all said after the day of the purchase.Only after we discovered Frank lied to us and we asked to speak to a general manager (approxweek later)If you recall, on the day of the purchase, I also questioned why the price was not $25,as per your ad.Frank said, "you are paying $25,999, but since we weren't putting money down we had to finance our tax, tags, transfeeetc.these were added to the price of the truck."Again, where is the line item and dollar amount for these additional charges?Surely that's not up front and transparent as you stated in your letter. If you did not try to hide these, or not disclose them at all on the day of purchase, again why no line item or dollar amount? Why did I only find out a week later after we called and asked to speak to the general manager? With regards to your online ad, I showed you our ad! That is your ad right? As you clearly stated in your letter additional fee/s MAY be due at time of saleSEE DEALERSHIP FOR DETAILS.Well we did see dealer for details!! Once again in case you missed it the first time, he said "you are paying $25,999...."So again we were not told of these fees up front like you said, and that WAS hiding the fees and not disclosing them to usat all during our purchaseAnd you said you feel that within your listing disclaimers, you were more than honest withregard to our price. Now all of a sudden there is a line item for charges that is not on the contract we signed. After we complained about these extra charges and brought it to your attention, we get a letter from the bank sayingCHANGES were made to our contract, for DOC FEE.I feel you did not look into our issue extensively Regards, [redacted]

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: No where on your ad does it state only for a finance Also please see the attachments for backup on my end I haven't had any contact from anyone from Pine Belt since I again requested for a manager to contact me on June 11, [redacted] told me "Sure" in response of having someone write back I've sent more then emails since then with no phone call or email responseAlso on th attachment besides the ad Pine Belt sent, [redacted] stated to me that only on a lease would I receive this promo To me this is advertisement Again at this point give me months of payments or let me return the car Do I need to contact an attorney regarding this? Regards, [redacted] ***

***,Firstly let me apologize for this unfortunate mishap which I am certain has caused you much stress and aggravation My name is Joseph P, E-Commerce Director at Pine Belt Chevrolet We are absolutely committed to making the best out of this very tough situation Unfortunately, we can not simply take your vehicle and give you a new one We have insurance just for cases such as this and have offered to fix your vehicle at our cost Much like your own automobile insurance company (or anyone's for that matter) we will appraise the damages and correct them Had this accident happened anywhere else would your or any insurance company simply offer a check in the amount of what a BRAND NEW vehicle would cost...let alone a vs a as you are requesting from us? We are and have always been committed to customer service here [redacted] but again we must follow the protocol for situations like these which calls for us to correct any issues that we caused via our insurance I truly hope that you understand this We are in no way trying to skirt our responsibility to correct the mistake that we have taken 100% fault in As I understand our owner Rob reached out to you personally to discuss your options beyond us fixing your vehicle If there is any other way I can be of assistance I am more than happy to help You can reach me any time on my direct line at [redacted] Ext [redacted] or via email at [redacted] Again, my sincerest apologies for this situation...I assure you we are fully committed to working on a fair resolution within reason

***,My apologies for this situation My name is [redacted] , E-Commerce Director at Pine Belt I am under the impression that any issues that you had have already been taken care of to your satisfaction Please let me know if this is not the case and I will do all that I can to help [redacted] E-Commerce DirectorPine Belt Enterprises, Inc[redacted]

I am sending this communication to advise you that I am extremely disappointed with your sales department, and if this is not clarified and resolved today we will be filing complaints with NJ consumer affairs and FTC consumer protection for deceptive practices and any other remedies that need to be appliedFirst off my name is [redacted] , I was at your dealership on Saturday March approximately 3:pmI was greeted by Chris P [redacted] as sales associateI informed him I had means and ability to purchase a car We ran credit, he advised all was wellI had two requests one was a sunroof and the other was leatherI was promised an upgrade to leatherAnd picked out a car with a sunroofThat was when this nightmare beganThe car was a demo vehicle which I was told would be reduced because of that factI entered into a lease agreement, and finally was able to leave dealership after 8:pm, only to find out with salesman that no upgrade to leather would be provided, and add in

First I must point out that as I brought up this consumer's name my managers were very familiar with his concern because they have spoken to him numerous timesFor him to say we have either ignored his concerns or calls is not trueI request the consumer provide me a copy of the email offering The offering was from Chevrolet only on a retail purchaseThe consumer leased the vehicleHe has been made aware of this numerous timesAll of the documents in the file state LEASE

Mr [redacted] 's motor vehicle work was finally completed yesterday and his plates have been mailed to him

As requested I need to see a copy of the add the consumer is referring toI have checked with our [redacted] bank rep and have been told the offer was only applied to a retail transaction not a leaseBecause of the confusion I'm willing to offer the consumer one monthly payment [redacted] VP

I purchased a car at Pine Belt Lakewood on 08/16/They transferred the plates for my Chevy Cruze to the new Chevrolet Trax I trade vehicles - Chevrolet Silverado who was paid off and Chevrolet Cruze that I was financing through [redacted]  So the deal included paying the balance of the Chevrolet Cruze Loan, Registration and all other Fees On 08/21/ [redacted] charged my bank $for the monthly payment - I called them - The representative advised that they did not get the full payment yetI received a check for $for the refundI called [redacted] the representative informed that the dealer sent payment and the balance including my payment was just $therefore I have to pay from my pocket $ I called Pine Belt several times without luck - I drove to the dealer Monday 09/10/my registration was not readyI called today Friday 09/14/days before expiration of temporary registration, nobod

***,We have looked into your issue extensively We have found, as you clearly wrote in your original complaint, that you were in fact made aware of the fees associated with the pre-owned vehicle you purchased You wrote:"I tried to explain and Frank tried to justify the charges and said " Because your not Pine Belt customers we had to pay $more for some rewards program." Then I asked what about the other $he said, "that was a dealer prep fee." "You also referenced speaking to a manager named David and wrote that he said:"everyone pays that."Again, these are your words taken directly from your complaint showing that not once but twice you were in fact told that these fees we part of your pricing up front in a very transparent way...as we do with all of our valuable customers I can understand you not being happy about these fees...but we clearly did not attempt at all to hide these or not disclose them at all during your purchase. Here is the exact verbiage from our online ads on pre-owned vehicles:"For All Pre-Owned Inventory: Pricing reflects on pre-owned vehicles only, $1,Pine Belt Rewards customer dealer reimbursementAdditional $dealer prep fee due at time of saleSee Dealership for details, some will not qualify." If you were on a non Pine Belt website such as [redacted] the disclaimer reads:"Additional dealer fee/s may be due at time of saleSee Dealership for details or view this vehicle on www.pinebeltchevrolet.com."Again, I am sorry to hear that you do not agree with our policy but we feel that within our listing disclaimers as well as your email we were more than honest with regard to your pricing.Sincerely,Joseph P

Ahmed the car salesman who sold me my certified pre owned Jeep Compass told me that he was going to have the company repair a problem with my front Driver side fog light after I told him it appeared to have been broken and I did not notice it until I took it home because I purchased the car during the night and it was too dark to see the issueHe stated that he was going to have the service department called me to schedule an appointment to have it taken care ofI asked him if it was going to count as my one free service repair that is in my contract he said no you don't lose your free repair he said that he will put it in as a "We owe" I received a call from the service department and I scheduled an appointment The first appointment had to be rescheduled because the body work guys were not working on the weekend when my appointment was scheduled for So I rescheduled the appointment for a day that the body repair worker would be there, The car was inspected and the person who

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I do not wish to have a vehicle that has had significant damage, other wise I would have purchased a used or previously owned vehicle I Do wish to have the repurchase value of my vehical as was when drove on your lot the day of incidentI don't expect the value of a new vehical but my excellent condition with 2,milesI don't not see that as unreasonable The value of what I brought you! Or my vehical repaired with a check for deminished value Again thank you for your time but again I do not see my options as unreasonable, and I don't think anyone else would either I look forward to having this issue resolved as soon as possible Regards, [redacted]

***,Thank you for bringing this to our attention My name is Joseph P, E-Commerce Director at Pine Belt Enterprises, Inc Please know that we are fully committed to complete customer satisfaction as well as 100% price/cost transparency We will absolutely look into this matter and determine a resolution based upon these findings in as timely a matter as possible I thank you in advance for your patience while we perform our due diligence If you would like to discuss this further in the interim please feel free contact me at [redacted] Ext [redacted] or via email at [redacted] .Sincerely,Joseph P
