I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me if they send someone who can do the job well (not Kirk) and it is completed to my satisfaction.

*** *** PS: they did not indicate that distance would be a problem just that a hotel room would need to be paid for but that they did it all the time and we did comply with this Kirk came the last time and did a terrible job but indicated that he was going to a friend's house so he was in Maryland anyway

Hello, This is in response to claim ID#*** filed by Client This claim was originally sent to Plain & Fancy Custom Cabinetry I sent a installier to the Clients residence to address her molding issue She was not satified with either attempt The Clients
residence is in Rockville, MDand we are located in Schaefferstown, Pa I explained that because of the distance we would have to schecdule a third trip when I had someone in the Rockville area My installers will be in Washington DC the week of March 27th We intend to visit th client sometime that week The client knew of the logistics when they asked us to install there cabinets They were responsible for our installers hotel rooms and travel on the original contract They have not paid for our last trips hotel room, which has nothing to do with the current issue That trip was necessary because of additions made during the original installation We will not be seeking payment for that bill David R*** /Sales/ Plain & Fancy Design Center ***

Plain & Fancy Custom Cabinetry is the manufacturer and can only produce orders when we receive themHurst was the dealer with whom the order was placed. Their account with us is set up as a deposit required when placing the order. We never received the deposit When the
deposit was finally received, we ran this job as a rush/four week expedited schedule (rather than the standard eight to ten weeks) to help make the customer happy. The job is scheduled to ship the week of 8/21/16. We, as the manufacturer, adhered to our standard policy and did everything possible on our end. We are not at fault. The complaint should be with the dealer only
