Plymouth Hotel

I recently stayed at The Plymouth in Miami and I am having very serious issues with the billing since I completed my stay. I was a guest of the hotel from 3/19/2017 through 3/24/2017 and I booked the hotel room through the Plymouth's website in advance of my stay. I was charged $318.29 at the time of booking and the bill that I was presented with and that I signed at the time of check out was correct, included all of our visits to the hotel restaurant/bar, and reflected the correct room charges. The total remaining balance on the paperwork that my wife signed at the time of check out was $1,924.25, which we agreed was correct. Unfortunately, my credit card has now been charged twice by the Plymouth hotel, both times for an incorrect amount. I was initially charged $2,627 on 3/19/2017 (the day I checked into the hotel), which is a $702.75 difference from the amount that should have been billed. There is now a second charge on my credit card statement from the Plymouth hotel for $1,937.13, which was charged on 3/25/2017. Neither one of these charges is correct and I have now been charged a total of 2,639.38 more than what I owed for my stay at the Plymouth hotel. I have contacted the hotel directly by phone 3 times now, have spent hours on hold and being transferred between the hotel front desk, reservations, accounting, and back to the hotel front desk and no one has been able to help me with this issue. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this situation and I am horrified if this is the way the Plymouth hotel chooses to do business. This issue has wasted both my wife's and my own valuable time and has soured our previously pleasant experience at the Plymouth Hotel. These extra charges will also affect my FICO score and reflect poor business practice.
