Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, Nancy T [redacted] I have pictures of my sofa before and after I also have voice messages they are not I repeat not telling the truth and further more for them to call my furniture old is an insultI wonder if they treat all customers whom furniture they mess up like this they lied when I ask them if I could have another company come in and clean my furniture and they ask who I told them who I wanted and Rob said oh that's where I was going to take them so only then did I agree for them to take them out of my home but only learning after they were brought back they did not take them to there company they in fact tried once again to clean them in their facilityYes I'm disgusted because they were shocked at how nice of a home and and how nice my furniture was the first tech that came back trying to remove the discoloration became upset because he could not and that is when he called the office back stating that they needed to send a supervisor back out now if my furniture was so old why is this just now coming upNo they are wrong

the customer to answer to her complaint: Response #1 We sent a Technician on 10/to re-clean the cushion of her old white couchCustomer not satisfied.Response #2 We sent another technicians to re-cleanCustomer still not satisfiedResponse #3 We sent another technician to pick up cushions to be re-cleaned at our facilityUpon my personal visual inspection, no visible spots can be seenPictures and videos were taken at the time of the final inspectionCushions were returned to the customerAgain, customer is still not satisfiedResponse #4 Per customer's direct instructions to us- She was letting her daughter handle the matter from here onWe contacted the daughter and explained the situation and our many attempts to please her MotherI offered to refund the full cost of the cleaning but no further course of action will be offeredShe agreedWe sent the refund via registered and certified mailThe check came back to us, uncashedWe sent the refund check once againPer USPS, the check was delivered.Response#5 We consulted another company related to this and advised to clean the cushion in our facilityNo fading of the cushions occurred and no stains or spots noted or noticed at the time of the final inspection and cushions were delivered to the customerThis was not a new couch and can't be expected to look like one especially after many years of use and wear. After all these years of cleaning furniture, we've learned that wear and fading cannot be changed with cleaningTo be fair, we not only cleaned it multiple times per her directions but refunded her moneyWe have responded numerous times and in many ways and has even taken her directions to appease her complaints.
