Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.The loaner was not damagedI cleaned the car myself after it was recoveredThere was no physical damage Your loaner car is a whole other issue The issue at hand: You were paid over to fix my topYou couldn't fix itYou took the money and then took the car to a dealership and asked my Insurance company to pay the dealershipOf course they refusedThey had just paid YOU to do the workThe bottom line is : 1) You were paid over for the repairYou accepted the Allstate claim adjuster's estimate 2) The car was not repairedYou had my car for over three months(That caused undue expense and hardship) 3) Not only did you not fix the roof .ButNow 1) I have a dead battery 6) The interior is covered with grease 11) You refused to provide a single receipt for any parts as required by law 2) Interior lights no longer work 7) The carpet is filthy never cleaned as required by the insurance claim 12) You tried to hold my car hostageI had to fly down to Texas to recover it! 3) The locks no longer work 8) The brakes were fixed as required by the claim 13) I have the complete list of work from the adjuster, you did none of the things 4) The trunk button is broken off 9) The transmission was not serviced as required by the claim you were paid to do 5) The car has High pitched whine 10) The exterior was not cleaned as required by the claim 14) I had to have the car re-inspected against the list of items you should have repaired.FACT: You were paid thousands of dollars to repair my roof, check some of the electrical and security systems for damage, and clean the interior because of the flooding You had my car for months You did not repair the roof You did not check the electrical systems or locking systems( They worked when I bought the car in) You did not clean the carpets, seats, or anything else(You got grease all over my interior) My car is in considerably worst shape than when I brought it there Is that Insurance fraud on your partYou took the money but did not do ANY work Regards, [redacted] Revdex.comMESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:The Car that we rent to him was damaged in impounded, after that He wants us to rent him another car, which we refused due to what happen to the first carHe only help to clean from the inside but one of the strut was replaced, the clips that hold the front bumper were broken and due to several scratches we have to replaceThe car was extremely duty from the insideHe also lost the inner fender plastic part cover of the interior wheel.The total amount for the entire claim was $5,We received from the insurance $4,*** [redacted] always refuse to pay his partHe said that please not to change the brakes,and also the transmission fluid neitherHE ALWAYS SAIDI DO NOT WANT TO PAY ANYTHINGWe took care of the rest.The car was here since May, but we got the approval from All State until July.Bottom line isThe insurance company said they already maximize the amount to be paid and [redacted] refuse to pay any moneyHe even said not finish the car because he was in a hurryWe never ask for any extra money to the insurance company.Mercedes Benz gave us a writing statement about the electrical parts that were replaced in our shop, were properly installed.The roof to work properly needs replace the body control moduleBut [redacted] as we said before refuse to paid any money.And he did not have money to finish all the carThat he would come later on to finish it.After that he left the car here for several months until December, he send me an e-mail giving his son permission to pick up his carHe never inspect the car himself.Until he came after a week and said that he was please for our service and he will return to get his car finish.We are in the best position to finish his car, but he needs to pay for itRevdex.comMESSAGE: Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response belowI have pictures of my car before Pro-tech got their hands on my carI have repair list and estimate listing the items to be repairedI have a post inspection that shows that the items were not repairedI have a cleared check that the business cashed Pro-tech cashed the check.($4300.00) Out of a list of about items only item was completed(oil change) Pro-tech refused to give me a receipt of any kindPro-tech admitted that they did not do the work, but they cashed the checkThere is no argument about the fact that the work wasn't done Even though they admit not doing the workThey can just take my money and the Revdex.com wants to close the caseI thought you could helpDO NOT CLOSE THIS CASE What do you people really do? Revdex.comMESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:In regards to [redacted] declarations that we only change the oil and never do anything else.In this letter is an attachment that shows invoices and a writing statement tha6upports the work that was done in [redacted] car.Invoice that was signed for [redacted] $5,(does not show body control modules for the top to open and the installation)Invoice from one ofthe parts for $867.00Invoice from Park Place dealerWhere is a statement showing the parts we replaced were installed properly?We are also sending pictures of the car where shows a deep cleaning from the insideA written contract for the rent of the car that [redacted] (He never paid for it) Receipt from the impound for $169.65Towing company $A repair for $185.00Letter that shows [redacted] giving permission to his son to pick up the car.We never deny that we received the check from the insurance companyBut the amount the insurance paidwas not enough to fix the car A 100%We are in our best position to help [redacted] car but he needs to paid for it.Any questions or concerns in regards to this letter please call at [redacted]

There was no physical damage.  Your loaner car is a whole other issue.  The issue at hand: You were paid over 4000 to fix my top. You couldn't fix it. You took the money and then took the car to a dealership and asked my Insurance company to pay the dealership. Of course they refused. They had just paid YOU to do the work. The bottom line is :   1) You were paid over 4000.00 for the repair. You accepted the Allstate claim adjuster's estimate.  2) The car was not repaired. You had my car for over three months. (That caused undue expense and hardship)  3) Not only did you not fix the roof .But.. I have repair list and estimate listing the items to be repaired. I have a post inspection that shows that the items were not repaired. I have a cleared check that the business cashed.     Pro-tech cashed the check.($4300.00) Out of a list of about 15 items only 1 item was completed. (oil change) Pro-tech refused to give me a receipt of any kind. Pro-tech admitted that they did not do the work, but they cashed the check. There is no argument about the fact that the work wasn't done.   Even though they admit not doing the work. They can just take my money and the Revdex.com wants to close the case. I thought you could help. DO NOT CLOSE THIS CASE.   What do you people really do? Just say that I'm unhappy. I got ripped off. How can you let this company just take peoples money and not perform ANY work. I expect the Revdex.com to do something besides say, "another unhappy customer!". This has to be illegal. Ask them for a receipt. YOU wont get one either, BECUASE THERE ISN"T ONE. Your state law should enforce this ! The Revdex.com should arbitrate this or something.   THEY ADMITTED THAT THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND DIDN"T PERFORM THE WORK!
