I have one already bought the new part for my car and two it is currently at Floyds repair shop getting repairs doneI reached out to you guys several times and received no response, here it is weeks later and I'm just now hearing back from you all and it had to be through a complaint with the Revdex.com ? Dear customer, WE apologize for any inconvenience you had with our Jones Rd locationJust to set the record straight I wanted to explain to you that out initial external diagnostic which takes about 60-min is free of chargeThis diagnosis is to find out if the vehicle has internal
transmission problem or it is acting up because of external issueExternal transmission issues can be solved without going inside the transmission and these fixes are inexpensiveOnce it is determined that transmission has internal problem, transmission repair price cannot be given without removing and dismantling the transmission and find out which parts needs to be replaced to bring the transmission back to factory specification. Internal inspection takes 4-hours of labor timeWe ask for customer permission and authorization for $before we proceed to remove the transmissionThis authorization was given by you over the phone with your drivers license # as proof of authorizationOnce we know how many parts and what we needs to do to fix the transmission, we price the transmission accordinglyYou failed to authorize the repair and we have only charged you for the labor to remove and inspect the transmissionWhich $Towing is free if we do the Major repairsRemoving and inspection is not a major repair. Just try to call [redacted], the phone is temporarily disconnected. But I have investigated her claim and found these facts.We had repaired her transmission on 7/08/2013 and gave her 12 months and 12000 miles warranty for...

$2500.  Millage on the car at that time was 89,700She came to the shop during her warranty period complaining loss of the power. We had checked her vehicle and did not found any transmission related problem at that time.Her vehicle is at the shop now. This vehicle was towed on 3rd December, 2015. the current millage on the vehicle is 148,000 miles. Miss [redacted] has drove this car for 58,300 aft the first repair. As I mention before her warranty was 12000 miles and 12 months. She is currently out of warranty in time and millage both.She has authorized the shop to fix the car again for $2100. this is a discounted price due to the fact, she is our previous customer. Manager of the shop has been trying to get hold of her from last three days but unable to get in touch with her.I would request Miss Mojiaca to call us we will help her out as much as we can to rectify this problem for her to the best of abilities.Thanks.[redacted].
