On October **, 2015, I contacted customer service at Billboard magazine to request a partial refund for the remaining portion of my subscription I was informed that a check would be mailed between 60-days at my home address I called to follow up on December **, A representative told me that a check would be mailed on January and would take about weeks to get to my home On January **, 2016, I called customer service to follow up and they gave me a number to call When I called that number, the person on the other line gave me this number ###-###-#### and this email address: *** I have sent an email to that address and have received no response I have tried to call the number and the mailbox is fullI have still not received the check for $in the mail

I would like to know the timeframe when the refund check will be mailed out to me. I would also like for them to verify my mailing address and the amount that will be sent. When I have been provided this information, I will be a bit more satisfied. I find their response not specific enough.

Review: On October **, 2015, I contacted customer service at Billboard magazine to request a partial refund for the remaining portion of my subscription. I was informed that a check would be mailed between 60-90 days at my home address. I called to follow up on December **, 2015. A representative told me that a check would be mailed on January 4 and would take about 4 weeks to get to my home. On January **, 2016, I called customer service to follow up and they gave me a number to call. When I called that number, the person on the other line gave me this number ###-###-#### and this email address: [redacted] I have sent an email to that address and have received no response. I have tried to call the number and the mailbox is full. I have still not received the check for $45 in the mail.Desired Settlement: Billboard should refund the remaining portion of my subscription as promised.

Review: I ordered a one year subscription to [redacted] magazine on August **, 2014. $216.91 was charged to my [redacted] card for the year subscription. I received approx. two to three print issues total in late August - beginning of September. The print issues stopped mid-September. When I contacted the customer service department in mid-November, they chastised me for not reporting the issue sooner and said they would not refund the prorated amount to my [redacted] card, but would extend the subscription term for the missed issues. I told them this is the second time that this has happened - the first was for a subscription that was sent to my office address in [redacted], **. I would received several issues and then the print issues stopped coming and they never resolved the delivery issues. I reiterated my desire to have the entire amount refunded to my [redacted] card. They refused and hence this complaint.Desired Settlement: Full refund of amount paid for services not received - $216.91. Having received only two-three issues - that is nearly $100 per magazine issue.

Review: I was contracted by the Hollywood Reporter to do work in December 2013 and to date I have still not been paid. After many emails, phone calls, I am still UNPAID and have been getting the runaround for more than 5 months.

I provided services on December **, 2013 and was instructed to send my invoice and W-9 to [redacted] in Los Angeles. 4 days later he responded to my email and said I needed to fill out the vendor certification package so that the accounts payable dept can enter me into their payment system. This 12-page packet he sent me included Accounts Payable Policies, Vendor Information & Certification Form, W – 9 Tax Form, and optional EFT Signup Form.

I have called, emailed, and have been VERY patient. Now, more than 5 months later, I have not been paid for a service I completed on December **, 2013.Desired Settlement: I would like to be paid for the service I provided.
