We called Pruden to provide an estimate on mold remediation and remodeling We were open to date and time, so the company requested we meet them the next day at am Also, they said people would come do the estimate to make sure we had all the necessary input Only guy showed up, the 2nd guy said he was running late Then, knowing he was already late the 2nd guy said he needed to go by a different job before our appointment After an hour the 2nd guy was still not there and the 3rd guy a complete no show Pruden showed us right away our business was not a priority The company did not follow up to apologize, reschedule or explain This was disrespectful and a complete waste of time for us
They provided professional, excellent service. They take pride in their work and they do a great job. Very nice and helpful people. I will continue using their services anytime I need something done that they specialize in.
