This customer had an incompetant person install their range, and consequently they ran the Natural Gas range with Liquid Propane gas Any installer knows very well that propane flames burn really high through natural gas oriface jetsAny competant installer would have noticed this immediately, and performed the proper LP conversion.This issue should not have been covered by us financially.However, out of sympathy we decided to help the customer, free of chargeWe thought it would be sign of "Good-Will" if we sent the LP conversion parts, and had a service company come convert the stove Free-of-ChargeWe did that, and the service company reported back that everything was now working properly.We just filed this same answer to Amex when the customer tried to dispute the chargesThe funds have been re-instated in our account now, and the case closed because we have done nothing wrong.And the customer's claim that our appliances are "no name" is not trueWe have a name, it's [redacted] .Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:Hiding behind legalese has nothing to do with truth or reality. "Periodically our data feeds do not update properly, and we cannot be held liable for computer errors that cause merchandise to be mis-priced."Well, then, who SHOULD be held liable, huh? YOU set up the site. YOU put the data feeds in place. You may regret that decision right now, but WHY the hell should you NOT be held liable?While I placed my order on this God-forsaken site, other sites ran out of the refrigerator that I was trying to buy. WHY? Because they actually HONORED this apparently-close-out price. By the time Aus-Tex Appliance LLC deigned to inform me that they had absolutely NO intention of, with any integrity, honoring the price that THEY offered (I did NOT make it up, THEY offered it), the other sites that ALSO offered the same price ran out of the refrigerator. While the operators of Aus-Tex Appliance LLC apparently think that they have NO hand in my having to pay hundreds of dollars more to get the SAME damned refrigerator, they are simply lying. LYING.They are lying, and have no integrity.Oh, and because I am NOT a mn, they apparently think that I'm a lawyer. LOL.Credit that to the fact that THEY are mns and without any integrity.I am a physician. The customer had an incompetant person install the rangeThey did not properly test and observe the burner flames before using, hence our requirement for a licensed gas service technician to install our stovesThe Natural Gas unit was improperly operated with Propane gasAs a result, the range
needed service, and parts replacedWe replaced parts and converted the stove to Propane, free of charge, at no expense to the customerThe service technician reported that everything was repaired

Our factory originally told us we could substitute the 18,BTU burners for the 9,BTU burnersIt turns out after further technical testing that is not the caseWe cannot be held responsible for somthing that is completely out of our controlThe customer requested that we provide monetary
compensation, and we did not feel that we owed anything other than an apologyNowhere did we publish this information, nor did we include it on anyone's sale contract with our businessIt was requested, and we asked the factory engineers if it could be doneThey said yes at the time, but turned out that it cannot be doneOn another note, we are committed to providing excellent customer support for our products, should you ever need anything, please call or email our office.
