I am rejecting this response because:Per the email attached from Mr.Hisey we pd $for contract and $for set up fee/inventory assessment. We were already previous
customers. Mr.Hisey already had an inventory assessment of our trees. He told us that the fee was for setting up trees in a manner that each tree would have a number so we could call and tell them which # tree we needed trimmed. Further he said he would have drones taking pictures of our trees to have on file documentation and notify us when services may be needed for our trees. This services was never provided for us. I pd $by check on 5/that I gave to Mr.Hisey when he trimmed one tree. This tree he trimmed was left unsealed. This was a procedure that Mr.Hisey drove home to my husband and I was very important at the time he was selling his contract. He said if you do not immediately seal the branches after you cut them it was "like blood to a shark". The tree can easily contract a disease from insects. I sent Mr.Hisey pictures showing where the branches of our tree were not sealed. I attached one of those e-mails for you to see. We now have to hire an additional person to come back and seal the tree. After all this time Mr.Hisey left our tree at risk we could still possible lose our tree to disease and have to pay over $1,for removal. Lastly what guarantee do we have that we will indeed receive a refund that Mr.Hisey claims he will give us? As we have been told before by Mr.Hisey that we would receive a refund, yet there has never been follow through with that
