Dear [redacted] ***,In response to [redacted] complaint, I am writing this to tell you his statement is falseMy workers, men, act extremely appropriate and professional at every job siteI have never had any complaint like this in the years in this business [redacted] seems like a person that tries to get things for free by complainingThe job did not require any sanding with the price I gave himThe deck was about [redacted] years oldThe price of [redacted] was to powerwash the deck by removing the mold and mildewWhen he called me to complain about the deck, I told him I would come to your house first thing in the morning to inspect and if anything was missed I would fix it myselfJust to keep him happy I washed the back of the house for free, which is normally a [redacted] chargeI also sanded down the drink rails for him which was not included in the price of [redacted] When I arrived at the house he was extremely rude and pompousI took pictures of the finished deck and was very pleased with the way it came outHe called me later on that day and was still not please with the deckAt this point I knew there was no pleasing him at allSo I decided to cut my losses and told him I would not be back to seal his deckI knew he was the type to complain and not payHe continued to raise his voice to me and insisted that we seal the deckThe way he was acting and yelling I knew if I sealed the deck he would never pay meI told him to find someone else to seal the deck and I would NOT be backHe called the police and made up this ridiculous story to the police about threatening him and that I would be back...I told him I would NOT be backSo the police officer asked "so you are not going back to seal his deck?" I said no he hasn't paid me for [redacted] for the deck wash and wasn't happy, why would I go back and seal it and waste my own money and he still wouldn't payThe police officer said ok and left.I have met many people in this line of work, but I have never encountered anyone so vicious like this.Thank you, [redacted]

tries to get things for free by complaining. The job did not require any sanding with the price I gave him. The deck was about * years old. The price of [redacted] was to powerwash the deck by removing the mold and mildew.
