Dear Complaint Handler:May 3, 2016In response to your letters of 04/19/& 4/28/regardingMs*** ***'s concerns regarding"Cancellation Rights".1.) As is protocol for all new members upon signing membership agreement contracts that if one should relocate their residence, then verification would be needed via driver's license, verifying new address.However, she states otherwise.2.) I never called her back at any time thereafter, asking about bringing her daughter back.Her statement is just not true.3.) Ms*** called me business in January inquiring about lessons/classes for her daughter.Obviously she didn't realize that she was calling the business where she already had an agreement/contract withShe left a voice message.I did return her cal lShe stated that her daughter, *** ***, student, had decided to remain in the area to graduate high school with her class, verifying that she had not movedTherefore, the contract/agreement was obviously in forceI have saved her message on our answering machine purposely for this reason for proof of her attempt to deceive and not follow through on the currentagreement.I feel that Ms*** is the one who has been the deceiving party, trying to get away with not honoring the contract agreement.4.) Ms*** also signed a qualifying questionnaire, dated 8/14/2015, asking if she would be living in thearea for one year and she answered, "yes".This agreement is valid and will be pursuedJCB

Jeff should of told me to bring my license and with my address changed he never once asked me for that. He was just calling my phone about five times asking me to bring my daughter back. Then when I did not bring my daughter back he started charging my charge card again behind my back. If he needed me to bring in proof of address change I would've provided that for him if I had known.this was very sneaky on his part and I do not agree with what he has done to me. This is messing with somebody's life and I can't believe people are so evil out in this world. He never once asked me to show proof of address change. I had no idea , or I would of provided that information for him. I did provide My credit card company with the proper information of my address change and they are trying to resolve this matter for me. If I have to I will go to channel 9 news and go to Mrs. [redacted] it and make this public to the area. People should not be robbed of their money. Specially when they have a valid excuse. I would've provided with him with any information that he had asked me for for address change if I had known I had no idea.
