AMD provides support for APUs only in WHQL certified driver postings to ensure proper validation and support. The A10-8700P APU support should be available in the upcoming WHQL certified drivers.In the case of customized devices such as laptops driver support is provided by the laptop... manufacturer. This customer has stated that the laptop is an HP Pavilion AB120NR, as such the graphics driver would be made available through HP. According to HP’s website graphics driver for this particular laptop was last updated on June 19, 2016. This driver can be found here: [redacted]

The customer submitted an RMA request online through the ticketing system on Dec On Dec 2, the request was approved and the customer was provided with an RMA number and instructions on how and where to return his memory. His memory was received on Dec 17, was processed, resolved and shipped
to the customer on Jan Customer also submitted a ticket through the RAMDisk portal on Jan which was responded to on Jan indicating we had received the memory and would notify him when it shipped back to himCustomer was notified via email of the tracking details with apologies for any delay in processing on Jan

I am rejecting this response because:The Company still fails at providing any time frame on the Correction of their oversight (when the corrected Driver will be released), and 2nd the Suggested HP driver is dated back to September of and is already known to be problematicWas Also informed by HP that I should seek AMD out for more current Software, but since AMD is still failing to provide such Support my Complaint still stands!

received a retail 1800X CPU that appears to have not been tested by AMDSo far, the people who have received replacements have had their replacements tested prior to shipment by AMDBefore I accept this replacement:- I'd like some sort of assurance that a Week CPU is not affected by the marginality issue that required an RMA in the first place.- I have no reference number to return the old CPU underPlease let me know what ticket or RMA# I should return my old CPU underI did get a 25-day reminder in my inbox for RMA# 2000241205, but that was for a regular RMA that I never sent in

We have tried following up with this customer several times by phone to address the questions and concerns but was unable to get a hold of the customer as our calls were not returned.  The replacement processor that the customer received through warranty services should not have performance marginality issue and is guaranteed for the remainder of the product warranty period.We have also issued another prepaid return label by email for the customer to send back the defective processor since the original label has expired.
