Was looking for a custom time lock safe that this company didn't offer and they went out of their way to meet all my specifics Been using this with no problems for over a year now Thanks!

Works flawlessly. Had a question after receiving it and they got back to me quickly.

Easy to setup and the daily schedules make it so once it's setup I don't have to change anything.

Has helped me so much the past few months, I was on the fence at first and my only regret now is that I didn't purchase it earlier.

Time lock malfunctioned. I’ve seriously important medications locked in the safe now away from us for two weeks. Can’t refill prescription till the middle of September. Really bad situation! Credit card and business debit card are in the safe as well, it has cost our business losses and screwed up a vacation to Toronto. We were unable to go. Here’s the problem, we have tried 12 emails over two weeks to get a hold of Saturn Safes so they could make a duplicate key. They give that documentation in their owners manual with a key number so this can happen. They refused to reply. They’ve cost us a ton of anguish a lot of money and some health related issues. I have turned them into the Michigan Secretary of State I will be filing a BBB and I have reviewed them on yelp. They’re going to atone for my loss and at bare minimum send me a key real soon I’m going to start calling newspapers and news channels. These people will one day cause death or some sort of major financial catastrophe because they are not doing their job. They want to sell a safe make money and forget about you after that. It’s not the way a safe company works. That’s not the way a professional business works. They should either restructure their support division or should be shut down via court or secretary of state. The way they are right now they have no business being in business. These guys are pathetic and I plan on letting everybody know about it. I forgot to mention the safe is bolted to the floor in a wall and a very small closet it cannot be picked or drilled there’s not enough space my only option is to destroy my floor in my wall have the safe pulled out and it will cost $300 to have it opened. I can’t stand these people.

This product and its customer service are a joke Safe worked ok for awhile but then would not open No replies to the numerous emails I sent to customer service No number to call No personell to talk to
I paid extra for day shipping and safe was not even shipped until days after purchase!!! I received a note with the safe that my warranty was extended for an extra year as a way to apologize for failed day shipping I was not even given a choice I wanted a full refund for day shipping but this was never offered
Programming safe is more complicated than it needs to be DO NOT BUY!!!!!
