repair bumper only) and he agreed to drop off for repair on 04/25/The vehicle repair completed on 04/28/and he did pay in pull.Texas Collision always provide the lifetime warranty for Body & Paint to our customerShould Mr*** has any issue did not satisfaction of our service we can help him to correct the problemUnfortunately, We will not refund his money since his vehicle already repair completed per his requested.Thank you very much for your time and concern.Respectfully yours,*** ***
I ([redacted]) am not a service writer who estimated for the repair Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle. We did provide all the paper works for the first responded that Mr. [redacted] brought the vehicle in for the rear BUMPER repair only and he understood for the the agreement. Mr. [redacted] should know the cost for repair on the bed side panel will be more than $500.00 that our service writer quoted for him. Again, We decided that NO REFUND for the service we have done on his truck.Thank you.
