Attached is a screenshot of the email that was sent to the customer on July 26, at 4:10pm. That is all of the information we are able to provide. We did not sell the dishwasher to the customer, nor did we install the dishwasher, they need to contact the manufacturer per their agreement with them on the exchange

Response from the business taken over the phone by Revdex.com staff (**)
Called the business (440) 871-1330 on 8/24/at 3:15PM and spoke with P*** who advised the business has tried to repair the microwave but to no availThe consumers must contact Electrolux for possible replacement
Business only handles repairs

Electrolux has assigned a case number for the microwave repair.  Case# [redacted].  Per the Frigidaire Tech Line, unit is under review for replacement.  Electrolux has (once again!) received all service and repair information from us, they are the only ones who can determine if the customer will get a new unit.  Please refer to the Electrolux case number that was assigned to this unit for further questions.  Everything is completely out of our control at this point.

Additional work/repairs that are needed are outside of the original workscope as originally contracted. The customer admits in his complaint that the problems are due to ice dams. Our contract clearly states our warranty: "Subject to exclusions & limitations, acts of God (i.e....

severe storms, ice, gales, abuse, building movement, interior or subsequent damages & material)."  However I will contact the customer on 9/21/2015 to try to resolve this issue.  Regards, David B.

This letter is in regards to a contract dated April 15, 2015 between Mr. [redacted] and Black Rock Roofing for a complete tear-off and roof replacement for a total cost of $10,400.00. On April 15, 2015 a deposit check for $4,000.00 was received. On May 4th, 2015 the roof was started and mostly...

completed. Mr. [redacted] had some concerns about cleanup and some repairs to brick as a result of aluminum flashing that he was not happy with. Mr. [redacted] had been assured that all of his concerns and issues (none of which left him imminently vulnerable to weather etc.) would be taken care of. I also offered to replace some gutter sections- over and above the initial contract at no additional charge - that looked dinged up as a result of the roofing job. Before we had a chance to rectify Mr. & Mrs. [redacted]'s concerns, there were negative pictures/messages on [redacted]. On Friday, May 8th I called Mr. [redacted] and confronted him on this, and he proceeded to physically threaten me saying that I insulted his wife. Because of the physical threats made to me personally, it is my position to not return to Mr. [redacted]'s home. The balance due of $6,400.00 will be forfeited. The contract is void. The $6,400.00 will more than cover any of the repairs that Mr. [redacted] seeks. The relationship with Black Rock Roofing is over. Any further correspondence or communications can be sent to my attorney's office; Mr. [redacted]. David Bly Owner, Black Rock Roofing

August 4, 2015Black Rock Roofing will paint the shingles as soon as possible as per the owner's request for desired settlement. David Bly Owner,Black Rock Roofing

Please have customer contact owner David B[redacted] [redacted].Will be happy to try and rectify any issues. My information that I have does not match customers complaint,so I would ask homeowner to contact me directly. Thank you.

I have been contacted by telephone by the business owner. He has also been on site to access the problem. He has admitted that there were errors in the work done that didn't protect the area between the gutter & the roof edge. A date has been set for the actual work for Oct. 5th. Case will be closed upon satisfied completion.

Dear Revdex.com,To date, we have NOT received any email from the business. I have provided them my email numerous times. Here it is again. [email protected]  Thank you.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Despite having to have had my sink repaired by an outside company.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this partially resolves my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I accept Mr. Bly's proposal to forfeit the balance due of $6400.00.  I also accept that the contract my husband signed on 4/15/15 is now void.  We will assume the cost required to complete the remainder of the job that Black Rock Roofing Inc. has not completed, in addition to the damage to our home's brick front.  We are very nervous to have this company back on our property after having such a negative experience trying to resolve this situation through Mr. David Bly. To completely resolve my complaint, I would like Mr. Bly to acknowledge the correct order of events from the phone conversation between Mr. Bly and my husband on 5/8/15.   Mr. Bly refused to have his company finish the job after I demonstrated my FIRST AMENDMENT right to communicate my opinion regarding his company on [redacted], a social networking website used by many professionals to promote business, as well as consumers to research reputable companies for hire.  Mr. Bly incorrectly stated in his letter, dated 5/11/15, that his company was not finishing the job AFTER receiving my husband's reaction to Mrs. Bly's highly unprofessional and inappropriate comment, "Your wife is ignorant!" The order of events were as follows: 1.  Mr. Bly told my husband during their phone conversation on 5/8/15, "Keep the $6000.00! We are not coming to your home to finish the job!" due to Mr. Bly's distress regarding my unhappiness posted on [redacted]. 2.  My husband communicated his distress with Mr. Bly's unprofessional and inappropriate comment, "Your wife is ignorant!"
Regards,
[redacted]
