On May 26th, 2015, [redacted] purchased a 2004 Mazda 6. The asking price for a down payment was $1200 but we excused her to $800. said she would be in no later than July 1St to make a payment. As stated on the transaction history attached, she failed to make a payment or communicate with us in regards to making a payment. We made several attempts to contact Mrs. Grigsby about her payment arrangements however, she would never comply. Due to us trying to contact her, and her failing to respond, these are the grounds on which her vehicle was repossessed on. The vehicle was repossessed on July 11th at [redacted] in North Vernon, Indiana.
