I am writing with a complaint about Second to None Ponds & Patios at Harding Road,Williamsville, NY Their phone is [redacted] and their e-mail Is [redacted] The owner is John G [redacted] I am requesting a full refund of the $paid to them on August 30, for a SNOWPLOWCONTRACT - that included Driveway Service and Walkway Service (see enclosed).Second to None violated that same contract during the first three snow accumulations on December12th, December 16th and December 17th, (see enclosed e-mails).On December I had to shovel my walkway and in front of the garage door because they did not dothat even though I called them at [redacted] and left a message, as well as sent an e-mail to [redacted] letting them know the service had not been doneThey replied withan e-mail saying they apologized and would look into it to make sure it was not a problem goingfor
