I am rejecting this response because:There is no contract obligation to HARRASS any consumerYou call them multiple times of the day, if they don't answer you email them and then call their references, all of this for - days late? Why email the consumer of you really don't want them to respond? As stated in your response, I contacted SAL to find a resolution SAL calls your references, even after be asked multiple times not to call them and to removed them from the calling list This has been a ongoing problem and it needs to stopSAL should be fined and the representatives that are rude and harassing customers should be terminated There are hundreds of complaints against SAL When ever I stated when the payment will be made your representatives are rude and stated "That's not acceptable" All of this for weeks late?? This is ridiculous In regards to me emailing the company, I have tons of emails requesting for my references to be removed, when I will make a payment, and other things pertaining to the loan Taking out a loan with SAL was/is a mistake
