I would not recommend this company, Dan Cronin was our inspector Most of the inspection went well, except that the inspector put his computer on top of the washing machine that was sitting on water damage (he just had to look at the wall behind the washerbut didn't bother.) We would have asked for more work be done on the house, or a lower cost, had we gotten the info we needed (that there were floors that needed replaced completely because of black mold and water damage) that was evident, but missed by the inspector The woman who answers the phone was very helpful, but NO ONE ever responded to any of my requests for a re-inspection, or any admittance to their being in the wrong So, be sure you also look where they go, don't just take their word for itwalk along with them, and watch I didn't get the impression he wanted us following him, but I think if we had, we could have been given a more accurate and thorough inspection
