At 3:on a Wednesday afternoon,the top overflow on the water heater sprung a leakMy garage was flooding very fastI called Kim at Corley plumbingShe said someone would arrive within minPhil and CJ arrived and took charge professionally and kindly assessed the situationThe water was shut off and options were patiently and thoroughly explainedI chose to put in a new waterheaterThe task was completed quicklyThey cleaned up my "disaster area".They were on their way by pmI couldn't have asked for better "helpers"I highly recommend them and Corley!

I was extremely pleased by the services provided by Corley and their technician Phil Chibbaro in addressing our plumbing issue He quickly identified the problem and provided a quote to complete the job He also warned of the complications that may arise that would increase the potential cost and also quoted that amount as well He was very professional and quickly solved and completed the repair at the lower cost option I would highly recommend Corley and their team to address any type of plumbing, air, or electric issue that you may be experiencing
Absolutely was the best all around company I have ever worked with They actually priced me a unit the was smaller than the one they were replacing even though the other quotes were just keeping everything the same My unit was only yrs old and was to big in the first place My husband is an engineer and was very impressed at the explanation of the load calculator and letting us know why we need to change We received text with pictures of the techs coming out so you know exactly who was showing up I would recommend them to anyone and when my upstairs unit finally goes I will only call them instead of getting several quotes like the last time
I had some problems installing my nest thermostat I called Corley and they sent Arron C [redacted] As it turns out, my new HVAC system (installed by a different company) didn't have a wire hooked up at the main unitArron immediately recognized the problem and had my nest hooked up and running in no timeHe did a great job, was very personable and very knowledgeable
[redacted] was very professionalHe had his shoe cover ready before he came in to my houseOnce he saw our stain ceiling, he knew immediately that it was not caused by water pressure leak because the stain area had not grown for a week since I encircled the perimeter area of the stainOnce he mentioned some common causes of water leaking onto the ceiling, we figured out the root cause to my problem

Called in the morning and scheduled electrical service for later that same day. Technician was on time and was attentive to the smallest of details. Will call them again if/when we need additional work. Have used them many times over the past few years (for plumbing as well).
I had a clogged kitchen sink They told me it would be $for a service call When he arrived he informed me that the charge would be $to snake the drain line I had it snaked years ago for less than half this but couldn't recall the name of the plumber Corley probably does quality work but their pricing is at a premium that I can't afford I had to pay $to find out what the total charge would be They should give a ball park before sending out for service
We contracted a time of to pm for Corley Plumbing to come to our home to do workNo call, No showI called the service to ask why we couldn't even get a courtesy call sense they wasted and a half hours of our livesThe person put me on hold and then said they called us and we didn't have an answering machine We do have an answering machine, and I checked our caller IDThere was NO CALL! This is yet another business that participates in making this a miserable place to live! If you value your time! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
