Dear Ms [redacted] : In reference to your letter of January 3, 2017, which was postmarked on January 6th and received by mesometime thereafter, I would like to respond as requiredPlease be advised that the real estatetransaction of subject complaint was settled on October 31st, with *** as Buyer and [redacted] asSellerAll real property was officially transferred but personal property involved in the transactionincluded a Yamaha ATV which was transferred by Bill of Sale Regarding the ATV, the Certificate of Title was in the Seller's possession in Colorado as the sale washandled as a remote mail-out closingIt was sometime before [redacted] forwarded the Certificate of Trtleto me as her representative [redacted] had previously transferred the subject ATV to her daughter andthe Deer Lodge -County Treasurer's Office informed me that the subject title for transfer to [redacted] wasinvalidIn an effort to- get this matter settled as instructed- by the Treasurer, forms for a replacement titlewere sent to [redacted] which included a request for trust documents as the ownership was complicatedby a family trust and two individual trusts On January 13, 2017, I receieved a replacement title application, trust documents and filing fees fortransfer of the title from [redacted] I presented the information to the Deer Lodge County Treasurer'sOffice that dayThe replacement title is being processed and I was told it will take four to six weeks for areplacement title to be issued to [redacted] The new Certificate of Title will be sent to [redacted] 'sColorado address and, hopefully, concluded sometime thereafter This issue is not a real estate matter but rather a title transferBoth the Buyer's Agent and I have hadnumerous discussions about this issue but quite simply, it is out of our controlI will cooperate to theextent necessary and a great deal of time has been spent with follrequirements due to holidays,unavailability of the parties and other circumstancesPlease let me know what further instruction youcan pass on to me and what responsibilities I have in this instance At this time, I am forwarding documentation that, hopefully, provides some further information on thismatter Very truly yours, Patrick [redacted] R [redacted] managing Broker **Please see attached**

I am rejecting this response because:It it the responsibility to manage the closing and sale/purchase of the property, which includes all items being transferred. This agent should have had the title processed and ready at time of closing not months later

Regarding the ATV, the Certificate of Title was in the Seller's possession in Colorado as the sale washandled as a remote mail-out closing.
