Hello, Yes, Our company covered their weddingIt never happened that they try to contact us and we didn't respondWe received her email regarding missing pictures in the picture CDs we providedWe uploaded those pics on Pictage for them to downloadAfter that we were under impression they must have downloaded itwe got an email from the client couple days back which says very harsh and rude language" Hope to get those pics in this century.." " I will take legal action ..." EtcAs we all know Pictage site went down last yearShe might not have downloaded before the site went downOut of blue got this emailWe have no problem giving them their pictureWe never had any probJust expecting no threading for no reasonIf the client have money and time to take legal action we don't mind proving our pointWe have so far responded each request and have proof for everythingAlso, as I said we have no problem giving them their productThe concern is their rude and threatening email(They could have just emailed that link is not active anymore we would have send them another link or mail the CDs)Thank you,Sheetal P*** Sia Digital

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is unsatisfactory to me The issue is that I was sent two sets to wedding DVD's as contracted Neither set (which was supposed to be identical) contained photos from our first look shootWhen discussed with photographers, they never offered to send me non-dysfunctional DVD's (as the ones that were sent were corrupted) These DVD's were paid for and not given in their entirety we also were supposed to receive a flash drive (which was never provided) IF they had opened up pictage for me to view, they never informed me of it I sent them an email explicitly saying to inform me if and when they opened up the website The website is not currently up In the most recent email I requested the photos be sent to me and provided an address I did threaten legal action as they have breached my contract and I paid for wedding albums years ago I think it is fair to ask for my wedding photos withing this century as it is already one quarter of a century since the photos were taken and receiving wedding albums over years since a wedding is inappropriate Their response to my last email was to let me take legal action The never addressed the other concerns about getting my photos to me or re-sending non-damaged DVDs If they want to resolve this, they need to send new DVD's -non-corrupted, and open up the pictage website AND inform me that they have done so Don't randomly open up the website and not tell me about itThen I can appropriately finish my photo picking and they can make the albums as promised an financially contracted Also, if took a very long time to get a hold of them after the DVD' were sent I would call and ask questions and they would say "i will call you back." to which they would not and I would have to continue to emailregardless the photos need to make their way to me and my albums need to be made for this to be resolved

Etc. As we all know Pictage site went down last year. She might not have downloaded before the site went down. Out of blue got this email. We have no problem giving them their picture. We never had any prob. Just expecting no threading for no reason. If the client have money and time to take legal action we don't mind proving our point. We have so far responded each request and have proof for everything. Also, as I said we have no problem giving them their product. The concern is their rude and threatening email.
