the situation. We had a new hire speaking with the customer and spoke a little too early when it came to scheduling the work. Our new hire was confused and thought we were scheduling an estimate, not the actually tree work. Once I spoke with the customer and relayed the message about the confusion, we were able to work things out and we actually ended up doing the work the same day anyways. To make things even better, I made sure to schedule the customers parents job the following day. We had a remaining stump that needed to be removed at the parents house. The reason for the delay was the equipment needing repaired to do the job. I spent the remaining time that day to figure out how to get that equipment up and running, which I did. Both jobs are completely finished and they are satisfied with the results. The customer is now happy and I hope to do more work for them in the future.Sincerely,Jesse B[redacted]Sidelines Tree Service, LLC[redacted]

I called Sideline Tree Service for an estimate on having some trees pruned and quickly accepted the bid. The company made five different appointments in one week and never showed up. They also never called to tell me about an issue with the appointment. I spoke with the owner personally and she assured me that the crew would show up first thing the next day and make it right. They never have. I even hado them cutting my grass weekly. Obviously if they don't care about a current client they won't take care of a new one either. They are extremely unprofessional.
