Dear Sirs,I am responding to a customer complaint ID [redacted] about our businessI would like to acknowledge our customer concern yet she is still conducting business with us and in fact owes money and never told us that she had any problems with our services so we are perplexed to receive this complaint from you [redacted] had a book-fair in her schoolWe provided her with the books at a discounted price; the school sold them to the parents and then sent whatever was not sold back to us, these came in terrible condition as I noted to [redacted] in an email immediately upon arrival Only after we received the books from her, we provided her with an invoice of the books they kept [redacted] then ordered additional books from us and this was during a period that we were moving to a new location.The move took longer than expected but we still made sure to contact her from our home when we didn’t yet have a store location for our store and notified her that she will receive her second order of books the minute we move into our new location This all seemed to be accepted by her.We would like to resolve this in the best possible way as we value our customers and hope to serve them in the best way.I am attaching email correspondence with her throughout the process plus the over-due invoice dated 2/*/2017Please note our new address belowBest, [redacted]
