I purchased a baby bearded dragon from Sizzlin Dragonz that arrived neurologically unhealthy I contacted them immediately and the owner said to "give it time." The health of the dragon did not improve and I contacted the owner again to notify them and request a solution The owner stated "they would make it right" Two weeks passed and there was no communication or resolution made by Sizzlin Dragonz I contacted the owner again and she stated they would send a return label to have the dragon shipped back and would refund the payment Again, no action was taken by the owner I continued to wait and had to send multiple communications just to have half of the payment refunded Still they failed to email a return label so I could ship the dragon back I continued to send several communications with requested actions and timelines that were not met by Sizzlin Dragonz The return label was then emailed after numerous requests with a "bill to sender" clause that was not part of th
