My name is [redacted] ***, I am the manager of Sky Building Products LLC located in Clarksville, IndianaThis is concerning a sale with our customer, Mr, [redacted] ***, regarding seamless guttering and accessoriesUpon our first phone call, Mr [redacted] informed me of a unique situation regarding a product that we did not carryI kindly suggested and directed him towards Google as this was the most efficient way to find a solution that would work for himHe was then informed of a total amount that he would be charged of all products and the Delivery Fee, which never changedDuring the week of August 22nd through August 26th, I was on on vacation and unavailable.The person who filled my position, went above and beyond offering to deliver the seamless guttering on Saturday; a day we don't schedule deliveries forHe was unable to reach Mr [redacted] and left him a messageOn the morning of Tuesday, August 30th, we experienced technical difficulties with our internet and phoneI called Mr***, using my personal cell phone to remain in contact with him, in which case the product that we did not carry was brought up on the phone againI attempted to help him find a solution that worked for him by providing suggestions for his needsI ended up personally delivering the seamless guttering and accessories myselfAfterwards, I received another call afterwards regarding the receiptMr [redacted] informed me that the $delivery fee should not have been charged on his invoiceIn our very first phone call I told Mr***, as I tell every single Sky Building Products customer, that on orders of seamless guttering there is a delivery fee based on the distance from our shop here in Clarksville, (the customer had to give me special instructions on the location, which would not appear on my GPS.) The particular delivery was near the edge of our delivery range, however I personally went out of my way to meet Mr***'s needs regardless.Approximately a week later Mr [redacted] called again, inquiring about the $Delivery ChargeOn the first phone call Mr [redacted] told me that he would inform the Revdex.com if the fee was not credited back to his accountI was unable to do this, as Mr [redacted] was already previously informed of a Grand Total with the Delivery Fee on it.Sincerely, [redacted] ***
