Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
the vehicle was being towed for a broken ball bearing/axel See attached photo that was taken prior to Skyway Towing's arrival As you can see, there is no fluid on the ground
The fluid was not leaking onto the ground until after the driver moved the vehicle from James St to a side road where he had finish securing my car using the tow bar which damaged the Auxilary Water Pump This problem had no relation to the reason the vehicle was being towed This was noted on the invoice See attached
The only reason payment was made was because I would not have been able to get my car without payment
I have also attached a copy of the invoice for the water pump damage

This letter is in regards to a 2007 VW Passat Wagon that we towed on 09-10-15. 
The vehicle was called in to our dispatch by the Kent Police Department.  We immediately dispatched a driver.  Upon arrival to retrieve the...

vehicle it was apparent that there was a broken ball bearing / broken axle and the vehicle was leaking fluid.  Our driver informed the customer and her fiancé that the vehicle was leaking fluid. 
Our driver informed Ms. [redacted] our fees as on file as mandated by the police agencies.  We received payment on 09-11-15 - $328.50.
At this time we feel that we did our job as requested.  We have spoken with our driver and there is no record of Skyway causing any damage to the vehicle.  This particular driver is very professional and often requested specifically for our towing services.

Hi [redacted] as to our conversation I’m sending you the link to a you tube video https://www.youtube.com/watch showing the part of the car that is in  question as you can see the aux water pump that they are saying we damaged is no ware near where our truck hooks up. I hope this takes care of this situation.
