I had been shut down days after getting a was told it was a got insurance through one of their people as an 06, after paying 10k off and then they shut me down when I'm plus miles out of town on business, they don't call and change my payment dates, I had to call them and then call family to pay them to turn it back on and then they proceed to do it the fallowing two weeks, after that I had to make a forth payment, and they shut the vehicle down in traffic, now I'm stuck over miles away from home and can't go anywhere, jobless because of Smart Auto, I was making $a week after taxes I always bought cars from owners not dealership's this was the biggest bad idea I have ever had, I was trying to build my my credit and was told that buying a car from a lot would be a good way to do it, they never resported any good payments but did when I stopped paying on time, or any right now, I contacted a lawyer and [redacted] to get this fixed For anyone who has a job and needs a car go anywhere else, these people are shameless crooks

Every car we purchase from the auction we send it to full sale inspection inside the auctionThey give us reports telling us if there is any damage on the vehicleThis car was reported as having a clean titleWe have through the company the
report we are using which are NMVTIS and AutoCheck both reporting that the car has no accidentsI called my friend at another company and they ran a car faxThe car fax is showing the same thing, no accidentsThe customer said she took it to some places and told her that the car has been in an accidentI showed the customer that the VIN number from the factory is still in the doors which is the original part from the factoryIf the car was scratched and repainted well she has to understand that she purchased a used car, it was not brand newWe offered the customer to paint the door which would cost around $2XX-XXX but the customer refused because she said it would cost $to paint two doors

In response to Smart Auto I completely disagree with *** *** response to the Revdex.com on February 10, I understand I bought a used vehicle but I would not have bought a vehicle that has been damaged wrecked or involved in any type of accident and this is exactly what was sold to meFollowing my suspicions January 16, my father and I returned to Smart Auto on January 19, and spoke to *** *** as our conversation continued *** suggested I get estimates on how much it would cost for my vehicle to be repaired*** said to contact him with estimates and he will give me a check to pay for repair costHe never once said there was a limit to how much Smart Auto would pay just they will pay to have vehicle fixedOn January 20, I got estimates fom D&M Auto Body, Neiras Collison Center and H&S Body Works (See Attached)This is when my suspicions have been confirmed from experts of the vehicle being involved in a previous accidentI return to Smart Auto the same day to speak to *** to discuss about the estimates I receivedHe had some questions but refused to speak to any of the experts and said it was too much to paint doors and he was expecting to pay no more than $Over looking all damages to the vehicle besides the doors *** provided me with a personal number to "***" (See Attached) and said to call him because *** would repaint over the doors and charge him $because that is where Smart Auto storages their cars so he knew he will only charge $According to the estimates there's more significant damage of the Dodge Avenger VIN: *** than just doors as *** *** claimsOn the day I bought the vehicle I was told the vehicle still was under the manufacturer warrantyI went to Haddad Dodge car dealer to confirm my warranty is valid since the vehicle was in an accident and was told I never had such warranty but had received an "Open Road Premium" and $was a lot for this type of coverageAt this point I truly believe this issue is not getting resolved and would like to speak to someone directly in person from Revdex.com as soon as possibleI'm concerned for mine and my child's safty in this vehicle since this is our only transportation

Here at Smart Auto, our Motto is to provide our customers with the most competitive prices and provide it in the most ethical, honest and truthful way as our success in business depends on itSuch practice was done in the case and with this customer, as she is a repeat customer her selfThe vehicle purchased by this customer has never been in an accidentThis could, easily, be demonstrated by the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System Report (NMVTIS)Dealers are required by law to run the VIN number of all vehicle through the Data Base to obtain vehicle historySuch report clearly states that this vehicle was not involved in an accidentMoreover, Smart Auto has provided the customer as well as the Revdex.com with (NMVTIS) report and two other reports that state that this vehicle has never been involved in an accidentsuch reports are Car Fax and Auto CheckThese reports are the standards that all dealers rely on to provide the customers with Vehicle HistoryAlso, all used car dealers are required by law to perform a safety check on all vehicle to insure all vehicle are safe and road worthy, such inspection was done on this vehicle by a 3rd party and it states that this vehicle is safe and road worthyalso, customer miss understands warranty purchased, her vehicle has year warranty as stated in sales contractIn conclusion, this customer has no valid claim nor proof that her vehicle is unsafe or has ever been involved in an accident, therefore, Smart Auto can not do anything for this customer as there is no need to fix a car that has no issues

I would not recommend this place They put software in the cars and they can track where u are at any minute, if your payment is due, if you don't pay it by noon they shut your car off This place is a joke You really might as well rent a car Their prices are ridiculous and all the cars have tons of miles I'm looking forward to dropping off my car right in front of their door, they can have it! I got ripped off Definitely not keeping this piece of *** they sold me!

Sent a friend in through the refer a friend program. Was told I would get a referral check of 300 dollars in 3 days. It's now been a month and the referral check is for 50 dollars not the 300. I told them on their Google app it also said 300 but when I went back to look someone had changed it. Thank God for smart phones and screen shots! I will never ever refer anyone to this place again. Bad business when you can't uphold your word. They offered me a free detail. Really!!!!!!

Staff in the finance dept. of Smart Auto in Las Vegas is very unprofessional! Never been late on a payment, but one says one thing, then another says something different. Recently I was contacted saying I was a day late, which I wasn't, the guy on the phone threatened to shut the car down and tow it. In the contract it states I default on the loan if payment is not made by 30 days past the due date. So why did he threaten this action? When asked he refused to answer.

I would tell all people to stay away from this place. I have had my car for about a month and the running joke where I live is that it is nice to see that they lend me a car once a week. Its sad really.
