This past Friday we installed a front manifold and converter at no charge to Mr [redacted] to correct the catalytic converter rattle that was present Please understand that we originally only worked on the back (firewall side) cylinder head where the misfire was present and his current problem is on the front converter (radiator side) that we did not work on I did this as a gesture of goodwill because I did feel that we took to long to complete the original repair that I also did at no chargei feel we have more than made amends for this whole situation and gone way beyond what any other garage would do

because:They have sent this vehicle back to us and soon as we drive,it off the lot the check engine light came on had it checked and it was for the problem we were told it was when it was towed back to them around 8-months ago and took thing this long to fix it then we have worked with these guys due to my wife'sHealth condition and called them and took it back weeks later so they could n some stuff through the gas and the intake and he reset the light 1/days later light was back on so I called back and he said he wanted to try to do the treatment again by this time the complaint had been dismissed and never heard from him again so activated at this point paid for this vehicle to be fixed properly and the job has not been son yet not when I crank my vehicle there a rattle n the motor this hasThis process of trying to get my car fixed right has been going on for way to longJust want the job done right
