May 01, Revdex.com [redacted] ***Austin, TX *** Complaint # [redacted] Enclosed herein is copy of invoice [redacted] from Service Tech who installed lavatory at [redacted] **Please make available for Snyder Plumbing Co to viewI shall thank you to combine this invoice along with other copies of letters and paid checks which I have already mail to you officesThank you, [redacted] Complainant

In June of 2013, Customer and *** agreed that *** would install plumbing drains and water lines in an upstairs bathroom located at *** *, *** *** The original agreement was to install drainage line to an existing sewer line from a commode and water supply line to one(1) commode Said agreement did not include nor did Customer request that a lavatory be added. It was at ***’s suggestion quoting: “it is just as easy for me to run lines for a lavatory and shower now as it would be later;” and together with ***’s urgency for work, he worked himself into one more installation w/required lines(cost $650.00), at the same time agreeing to running lines only, leaving said lines under the flooring and in the walls for a shower for one-third of that price $216.67. Unfortunately, that is where Mr*** made his first mistake. He forgot that he was the plumber and I was the contractor. I thought that with the condition of the building it was obvious to *** that I wanted to avoid parking a “portable potty” outside on my property while work was performed on the downstairs bathrooms and interiors. The goal was to provide a private necessity----one private working commode. I never dreamed it would become necessary to discuss my plans with ***, the Revdex.com and the publicMr*** writes and I quote: “At this point of the project, Ms*** needed to install insulation, sheet rock, build two (2) walls for the shower and provide a shower base, so that, *** Plumbing could continue with the work.” This is where Mr*** made his second mistake. The procedure of that work was what *** knew usually occurred and WHAT *** WANTED TO HAPPEN. In fact, the Customer told *** that we COULD NOT perform the work to the walls because the foundation of the building would need replacement BEFORE walls could be finished. I did not discuss my business with *** as to what I planned. That is why Mr*** made his third mistake-----he assumed too much. *** assumed that I didn’t know the order of remodeling businessI asked *** to install a commode. How difficult is that for $1950.00? Customer\Complainant made several calls asking *** to finish his agreement; and when he failed to keep appointments and promises from those conversations, she began to write him letters Customer made it very clear that she expected *** to complete the work that he agreed upon by connecting or installing the lavatory; and further, copies of said letters were mailed to the Revdex.com to clarify the status of ***’s intentions*** promised on several occasions to come by and install the lavatory but never kept his appointments. At NO TIME did *** come by my home and discuss the job or the subject of my son and his future plans or activities. It should be very clear from the copies of the various requests for *** to finish his work that I expected *** to do just that. *** knows that he still has an obligation to the Customer, *** *** A copy of an invoice for work performed will be mailed to both Revdex.com and *** this week.
