I am rejecting this response because: I am requesting a full refund and will continue to escalate this matter until I receive what I am requestingWhether this means contacting other agencies or escalating this matter with the Revdex.comI am not satisfied with their excuses!

Good Afternoon, This entire situation is very unfortunate, and we couldn't be more disappointed in how the business relationship is ending. Based on the records we provided earlier, *** *** was treated here times (we quoted 9-treatments would be needed for tattoo removal)We can not rush tattoo removal or do anything to speed up the processWe are honest from the beginning on how many treatments we feel you will needWe give the client the opportunity to choose a different facility, if they feel our treatment plan seems to long. We have no records of a 9/27/visitAgain, the total we have her spending in our office is $635, not $and not the new amount of $720 being requestedWe work with two lasers when removing tattoos and will use them bothEach laser is used for different purposesIf we are taking on the journey of tattoo removal with a client, we may go back and forth between the two lasers within that treatment planThis has given us amazing results in the past and we will continue to offer a dual treatment plan to future clients. In regards to the Botox, if there was any indication of an eyelid drop, *** *** *** would have prescribed Iopidine eye drops, and she would have never recommended more BotoxNote*The areas that were treated on Ms.*** would not result in a eyebrow drop* There was no eyelid drop noted and no prescription written. *** *** is the office administrator, who wears multiple hats in in the officeShe reviews all records and is fully capable of trying to resolve client complaints/ concernsThe tattoo treatments she paid for, broke up the ink and was the stepping stone for her tattoo removal journeyWe are disappointed she did not wish to continue treatments with us, but wish her well!Dates of service: 4/6/ * 5/30/* 7/27/

I received a letter in regards to a complaint from *** *** *** * *** She is stating she was treated times and spent $in the officeOur records indicate she was here times and spent a total of $635. AWe quoted her 9-treatments, as you can see form the
email belowEveryone was on the same page, knowing the tattoo was not going to come off with treatments BWe received no indication she was unsatisfied with her Botox administered on 4/6/She came back to our office on 5/30/& 7/28/never mentioning that she was unsatisfied or felt it was administered wrongCShe has quoted a Yelp review of another patient and is claiming it as her own, which is very confusing and leads us to believe she does not have a true complaint to claimShe is plagiarizing another clients accusation ( this may be why she is saying she had treatments and not 3)We are currently working with *** * and know for a fact this is NOT the review for patient *** ***We have no emails from her, or documentation that she was unhappyThe only email we received from her was the initial quote I am attaching documentation
