Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I paid in full because they were not going to budge after over phone calls between the accounts manager and the office manager and I didn't want to continue angry about it Also, bills were continuing to come in the mail and I didn't trust them not to sell it to a collection agency and ruin my credit They don't care - they only want their money They never answered key questions about why it took over a year to contact me and that the Manager at that time told me I didn't have a balance Apparently, the old manager " [redacted] " does not work there anymore.I thought it was "tacky" of them to fake concern over my dental care since I hadn't been there in over a year - all the while still trying to get the money from me However, I told them I would not be coming there again and not that I appreciated their concern.You can close the case but I want my remarks put on the site In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
