Revdex.com Response to customer complaint (#***) *** *** The customer purchased a HRR216VK Honda push mower on 07/05/on invoice ***On 03/23/customer approached parts department (*** ***) inquiring about being reimbursed for the Honda mower since it would
not start. Mr*** informed the gentleman that we would have to allow a technician to determine what the problems were and what action would be needed. The customer was not satisfied with this answer and wanted to speak to a managerThe customer entered the manager, *** *** , office and began to demand reimbursement for the lawn mower. He elevated his demands with verbal abuse (offensive language) and then proceeded to threaten the manager. Mr*** then asked the gentlemen to exit his officeTractor City technicians found the problem was bad fuel and the fact that the lawn mower had been sitting still (without use) for several months with fuel in the tank. This causes the ethanol to turn into water and thus makes the mower run poorly. The butterfly chock plate was also stuck to the mower since it was sitting for long periods of time without any maintenanceThe service department cleaned the butterfly choke plate free of charge and documented the work done on work order ***The service clerk informed the customer on problems that were found with the mowerHe also explained to the customer that the issues with the mower were due to the lack of caring for the lawn mower as instructed by the owner’s manual. The service department tested the lawn mower by mowing with it and it was functioning perfectly when the mower was delivered The technician started the mower and showed the customer what to do in order to avoid further problemsTractor City fixed the issues with the mower and there was no charge to the customer for services rendered. Tractor City also delivered the mower to the customer free of chargeThis was not a warranty issue and the customer should have been charged for services and deliveryA copy of the service invoice has been provided along with explanation of work performedNOTE: Customer purchased lawn mower on 07/05/and returned item on 03/23/15. The customer mentioned that the mower was less than one month old and thus needed to be replenished with a new one or reimbursement

We do not have anyone working at any of our dealerships that is named ***, nor do we discriminateWe have a very diverse customer base that we do business with throughout our locationsThis is also the first incident of this type that we have came acrossIn order to receive a refund or exchange, the mower needed to be brought soon after the initial purchaseThe mower was initially purchased 7/5/and the customer brought the mower in requesting a refund in 3/23/which is also documented through invoicesOnce the customer realized the mower was not working after a couple of days the mower should have been brought into the dealership and we would have been happy to exchange the mower or provide a refundHowever, we did try to satisfy the customer by servicing the mower back to working condition and did not charge the customer even though the mower's condition was due to negligenceWe do apologize if the customer feels they were being discriminated against, but the same procedure would have been taken regardless of the customer.Sincerely,*** ***Controller

Manager seemed full of unrighteous worksThe attitude of the manager tells it all*** is my witness *** is a good guyBut I am not sure about the rest? To *** *** who you put this story in the local paper to that your wrongMy Dad Taught me RespectHe also taught me not to be fooledWww.***.comWe deserve better service and you know it so guve us another mower.May God Deal with You'llEspecially *** or the manager I had a racial experience withI believe I was discriminated.So Humble yourselves and have respect in your own communityThe Lord is with MeWhat to go public with your rude service and fabricated liesIn God I trust so give me another mowerAs for the mower It sat because From the time 1st picked it up it never worked*** said cut off the valve to run out gasSo when I go to start it when I get home it would not startThis is the first timeThen the 2nd time they dropped,it off with no one here It started time Then no moreSo in short its been down over monthsUsed timesGod is my witnessThey tried to say it had old gas not trueThey assumed or just plain LiersLook I am registered with the ***And am a certified mechanic Absolutely advanced automotiveWho are you trying to foolYou think I am a fool

I am rejecting this response because: your wrong about when I asked for refund1st what is your return policy how many days from purchase to return For a refund or exchangeWasnot sure about name but YOU know who I am talking abouta false witness about the situationYour manager needs anger management practice in the work placeIhave never had an experience like this with this mana shame to the local Community to try and intimidate a good man of good willLike I said this should be in the local news for the whole community to seeafter telling me to leave due to bad business I went on and bought my parts with [redacted]Yes [redacted] is a good guy but your leader is bad for your businessTo aggressaggressiveive seems too have to much prideYou don't just start running people out shouting get out of here we don't need your money showing no respect or concerns about other customers
