The person who took the call today didn't sound like she wanted to take the service call My furnace has been working, but not smoothly and it would sometimes shut off, so I needed it serviced, but both my husband and I are working, so I could not be home before after hour, so I requested if someone could come in to check it in the evening after 8pm, and this is with my knowledge of being charged for the overtime But, she kept arguing with me and kind of laughed at me as if she couldn't believe that I would make this appointment with the overtime (she said "wow" and laughed) I never received this type of reaction by anyone at this business before, and it has always been relatively pleasant experience with them, but not anymore I even told her that if she didn't put me in her schedule, I could just ask someone else come to service my furnace, but she was keep saying, "it's not that, but...wow" and kept ridiculing She sounded like she didn't care to put me in the schedule, so I said if she's not going to put me in, I'd go elsewhere, and then she hung up before I finish saying anything It's astounding And I can't even make a call to complain it to the manager, because this is the only phone number available I will just have to call later this evening to cancel it and look for some other businesses who can help me She was very rude and I was very disappointed that we had been on their club member for years and end it like this I want the club membership discontinued, too because of this experience, but I don't even know who to talk to

the Amy ClubWe had left messages a year trying to get a hold of you but never received a call back to say you wanted to cancelWe would not know that you had moved if you don't call to let us knowYou had stated you were happy with the $check we sent out for the last yearAnd you understood it was a perpetual agreement that continues until you come in to our office to cancel as it says on the formIt has been canceled in our system and there will be no more charges

Called on Christmas with water coming thought the ceilingThey answered right away and had someone out within an hourPrice was not cheap but it was Christmas and they prevented a disasterI will use them again

Had them out yesterdayI drive by them all the timeMy water heater started leaking and they were my first callThey were out right away and within three hours my new water heater was up and runningThanks Amy
