Last night at pm I opened your letter and called you immediatelyI then called Mr [redacted] His telephone number does not workCould I please get his correct telephone numberPlease call me back at [redacted] if possibleI am very concerned about this complaint.I would never ask a employee to lie We 100% guarantee all of our services with money back.If a customer wants a massage and we are all booked we offer another serviceMost customers are just looking for relaxationWe offer facials pedicures and many times a sea salt scrub with a licensed cosmetologist that is explained in detail on the phone when they are booking the appointmentIt is a written script that the receptionist reads to them so the client completely understands the service and it is with a licensed cosmetologist We find that the scrub it is very relaxing and customers are happy with this serviceWe also have each customer fill out a health history form explaining on the form that the scrub is given by a licensed cosmetologistIt says right on the form If they are looking for a massage with more pressure they need to book with a licensed massage therapist.Also each cosmetologist repeats the service to the customer before they give it to them so they fully understand the time length of the appointment (weather it is a minute service) and the service itselfWe have in the past given the wrong timing to the customer so we always explain the service before hand so the customer fully understand what they are booked for.I am very sorry if there was a misunderstanding and definitely want to correct the situationPlease let me know what else I can do I am more than happy to give MrAckers money back to him if he wishesHe apparently was misunderstood about the service and lying is absolutely forbiddenI will absolutely question each employee and if lying took place this employee will be terminated Sincerely [redacted] *** [redacted] ***Thank you for your time
