We went to Spartanburg dodge in right after I had a bad wreck and had totaled my other dodge caravanI was injured and recovering bit we needed to go ahead and move forward in purchasing a new oneWe went and purchased a dodge caravanWe were talked into getting the extended warranty which raised our costs by a few thousand dollarsAfter we got home we decided we did not want to continue the warranty and went through the process to cancel it as we were told we could doThis process began a two year battleThe employees at Spartanburg dodge continued to not cancel our warranty as requested despite our letter of request and frequent emailsWe began to call and were told they would cancel itThey never didThe lady [redacted] wrote us email after email saying she had taken care of itShe had notShe lied to us and kept the commission while we accrued the interest on the loan due to the cost of the warrantyThis January over two years later was when this was finally resolvedWe were not compensated for the interest and the generals manager did not compensate us in any wayWe continued to get the run around and when called were out in hold and hung up onThe mg returned one of my multiethnic phone calls with a voicemail and did not return calls afterThis is not acceptable and I want everyone to know that while they seem like they care when you are buying but once the papers are signed and they get their commission they forget you and ignore youThis is totally unacceptable business to be lied to and deceived for two yearsPlease never purchase a car from them

[redacted] bought a pre-owned vehicle AS-ISShe signed the no warranty / buyers guideHowever, when she brought the vehicle back into the store about days after purchase, we offered to split the cost of repairsShe did not like this resolutionWe felt that splitting the repairs was fair since it was over days that she brought the vehicle backAgain, it was purchased as isthank you

We have a special gift for [redacted] if she will call [redacted] at 864- [redacted] to claim We are regretful that there were paint problems and she had to wait for the re-painting thank you

We are extremely regretful that the car deal was unable to be finished The car deal was on April 7, [redacted] has cashed our check that we sent them to settle this deal on April 22, Please understand that it takes the banks a few days to process paperwork Thank you

We are regretful that Mr* *** is unhappy with the experience at Spartanburg Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. In talking with the Service Manager, on the first visit we ordered the cluster (parts). The second time he came in,to fix his recall, he also informed us that he had lights on and ask
if we would check it out. Our service advisor, ***, informed him that there would be a $diagnostic fee since this had nothing to do with the recall. Mr.*** signed the service order saying he understood this charge. Upon his visit to retrieve his vehicle, he became upset at the charge and became angry. We pulled his car around from the back locked lot to give to him, therefore I do not understand why his battery was dead or why he did not ask for assistance. We waived the diagnostic fee. the gas taken from his tank was poured into a bucket and then put back in his car. If Mr* *** would please call *** *** at the dealership or at the direct line of*, she will be glad to give him a $gas card. Thank you

They are correct that we have FINALLY picked up our carHowever, we were told by*** that they were going to do something for us for all of the trouble we had with both carsHe said they were working on a weekend getaway or somethingWe have yet to receive anythingAlso, they had my husband re-sign a different contract because they found us a lower interest rate and they increased the cost of the Gap Insurance on the latest contract from what we had negotiated and agreed uponI am sure they are not going to do anything about this

We are regretful of any misunderstandings that Mrs*** has regarding her transaction with Spartanburg CDJR. We had waited a few weeks for her co-signer to sign the paperwork and when he did not show up the deal was not settled and we could not get funded for the
vehicle. With no communication from her we had no choice but to take back the vehicle

We have been in contact with Mr***. He is in agreement that this complaint is with Chrysler on his new vehicle. We have been in touch with Chrysler and this issue has been escalated to the highest point of contact. thank you

I received your message this morning and per our conversation you resent the email to a different email address. It is my main priority that every customer of Spartanburg Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram receives excellent customer service. I
apologize on behalf of the service advisor and the dealership for the lack of customer service Mr and Mrs *** received during this radio/navigation installationAfter the complaint was filed by Mr ***, he contacted my service manager, Mike P***. Once Mike was informed of the situation he checked on the radio/navigation coverage. On 11/18/Mike ordered Mr ***s radio/navigation replacement. On 11/22/Mrs *** brought the vehicle in for the installation, she waited 20-minutes for the installation. There was a $deductible from the warranty company that the service department paid for because of Mr and Mrs ***'s inconveniencePlease let me know if there is any additional information you may need.
