This company called me and represented themselves as West Penn Power Only when I pressed him asking if he was from West Penn Power did he admit he was from Sperian Energy He immediately asked me to find a copy of my West Penn Power Bill, and then I knew it was a "Bait and Switch" tactic and told him to never call my house again I am also on the National Do not call List, so this company is breaking the lawThey are pushey and misrepresent themselves

This is in response to a complaint filed by Mr [redacted] J ***, Revdex.com Complaint ID # [redacted] Mr ***’s complaint is that the variable prices posted for Sperian Energy online do not match the variable prices we were charging him on his monthly invoice The rates that Sperian Energy post online are the current sales prices for consumers interested in enrolling with Sperian Energy When Mr [redacted] joined Sperian in April 2014, the variable price we were offering new customers at that time was $0.0545/kWh He received that price for months and then continued to be served on a month-to-month rollover variable rate Our month-to-month variable rate for existing customers is based on market conditions and our actual cost of energy When Mr [redacted] contacted our customer service department on 01/28/to question the variable rates, we offered him a 3-month fixed rate and 12-month fixed rate to allow him budget certainty and knowing what his rates would be for future months He was not interested in locking in a fixed rate and asked to be returned back to ComEd’s default rate We submitted the switch request and Mr [redacted] will drop with Sperian Energy on 2/23/ Sperian Energy left a message for Mr [redacted] today and explained that there is no refund due on his account as he was invoiced the same market based rates as all other customers in our existing portfolio that have similar account attributes to his [redacted] Sperian Energy [redacted] This electronic mail transmission may contain confidential or privileged information If you believe you have received this message in error, please notify the sender by reply transmission and delete the message without copying or disclosing it

Sperian called my home and talked to my wife and lied to her about the superior rate they would provideMy wife said she would talk to me about itI said no and my wife called Sperian back to let them knowThey however without permission, and nothing in writing switched our account and immediately switched to a higher cost per month costing me over $100/month in extra charges They

Penelec electric carriers my wires and pole portion on my electric bill, I was hacked by them puc given my info to developers energy posing as used public self assurance has to do it in such away to not come under suspicion , and that the advertising from energy independently developers , they'd have to speak with public before they could set a price the secure place where they could spend a amount of time talking to the public without them even knowing , they been taken across the state lines without them even knowing ! Sperian energy also known as tomorrow, based out of texas brairpark dr texas, charge 7.00-9.00 kwh my carrier constellation energy charged for 2 year lock in 5.99 under neither is found more evidence to assist her in getting out of their racketeering an pyramid, scam, to blackballing public out of their fixed rate for 2 year , cheaper rate resources, don’t start a changing, when Jim from tomorrow speria impostering as penelec worker only rep which is my wire and pole said he lock in our same rate so it don't go up next month , and I asked him if he was with these other energy carriers ,that penelec on my electric bill only for the pole & wires , that’s their portion on my bill, and I do not what my carrier constellation energy service provider to be to switch 5to any other carrier , he said he is with penelc and I said I do not want my carrier constellation switched I have at 5.99 rate on 2 year plan so my life wasn't placed in an immediate risk,. The next day I was given a email from my carrier I had been switched and I am to pay them 150 .00 for early termination and 75.00 jim said for canceling their lock in rate no change on my bill when we called Jim that’s what he treated us with if we don’t allow them to be our carrier provider , , I called penelec and they said sperian and switched me I said I never heard of thee sperain and I do not want to be switched and they canceled sperian request this man jim gave them my info to sperian on the 5-14-2019 Stephen was here with this attempt of me with Jim trying to get my carrier constellation to be not changed, left alone and not switched he told Stephen that nothing was going to be changed on our electric only that our penelec wasn't going up next month , and no changes are made to our carrier constellation service provider , penelce said that we called them to report it on 5-15-19 to make sure we weren't switched and that wasn't enough time for them thou Stephen was told if he changed him made with Jim to have threat same billing rate to call within 72 hours and he cancel that billing rate lock in , I called Jim and told him we don't want changed made by Jim rep of sperian aka tomorrow, with our carrier constellation energy to not touch, our energy plan carrier service provider chewing Jim out for lying to us to deceiving us to hacked our electric bill, by reporting a lie , that he was pretense to work at penelec only, and not a different carrier of a different energy plan , and we do not want him to come at our house ever again and we filed a report that day at police department for jim hacking our electric bill as he did and filed a complaint with FBI at whitehouse, and bbb bureau and PUC and penelc , and constellation energy , when I called and reported I been hacked by sperian rep Jim acting as a penelce worker, constellation wasn't going to give me my fixed rate price back and they wanted 150.00 for a early termination, for having been switched they indicated they couldn't help me with having been hacked by seperian rep jim impostering to be worker at penelec, , penelce wouldn't allow my energy carrier constellation to be my default carrier which my energy carrier would revered to since I was hacked illegally and hadn't made that decision to be switched to a different energy carrier , and that I would be made to stay with penelce energy now they'd my default carrier PUC said they cant choose who our service provider are , but in this way they are , in changing my energy carrier in the night changed and flirted with death , having made plan to meet up with penelce rising suspicions telling other around their favorite author , living off the land in whom they write books ! I had a similar BAIT AND SWITCH experience with Sperian Energy (now may be Tomorrow Energy) as G.M. did
EXCEPT mine occurred when I moved to another county in PA.
After calling to report my move, I received a call from Sperian saying the move nullified my 12 month plan. The first time I called back, the man I spoke with could not get the situation straight and had to have someone else contact me. Finally, I called back and thought I selected a 12 month plan, close in rate to the previous one. But NO! I discover in February 2019 that I have outrageous charges from Sperian since October 2018 when a 6 month plan expired. I complained to Soerian who want to say that I agreed to it, which was not what I understood. Stay away from this company!

Your repi didn't switch my constellation carrier service I been hacked please do not switch my carrier service I in for 2 year plan at 5.99 I dont want to be switched pamela goforth & stephen goforth ! Some imposturerng to be a worker at penelec come to my door he said penelec rates are going up next moths and he wanted to lock in the bill so that the rate we pay dont go up , I told him are you a carrier for other servers, he said no I am with penelec company, I said I dont want my carrier which is contellation switched, I have now which a rate of 5.99 at constellation, is at a set rate of 5.99 for two years changed it is constellation energy he said he wouldn't be touching anything to do with my carrier constellation , he dont work for anyone but penelec I said penelce has the wires I use and if thats all ehe dealing with at penelc then thats different and he said thats he one deals with penelce not any carriers he not here to do change anything about our carrier constellations only he here for penelec rate hike to lock in our bill with that company we have with them not constellations side and then I called my electric penelce they said sperian tried to change my carrier we said we didnt authorize that and do not want them switching our carrier , the person who we spoke with said they work at penelec and wasn't changing anything of my carrier constellation energy , only them at penelce we're locking in no rate hikes for people who use 900 or over electric per month. A mans name is jim 724-9779142 con# 519195536 one imposing as a person who works at penelec said he not going to change my service provider constellation and left. I called his number he wont pick up , I let a voice massage chewing him our for his fraud and told he he is not to switch my service provider constellation and I want to see him again I didn't tell him I be waiting for him with a double barrel shot gun to put a bullet in his gut to in yard & come on my porch again! P.S I went to police department and filed a report the policemen said he contact that guy and see what he can get done too. Here the embezzlers who hacked us lying that they are worker at penelec company only that delivers the wires an pole part on my electric bill, that my service provider constellation uses to send my electric through! Which if that company sold my mail out of my mail box to get my information then it has become a federal crime I email the white house to report this to also. These people are presenting themselves to be worker for your electric company mine is penelec which handles my wires and pole only on my bills portion , not my electric supplier provider carrier energy's constellation and lie to your face that they aren't a carrier for another energy company trying to sell you their energy supply . Then the constellation cmany wanted to chage my fixed rate from 5.99 for the 2 year contract and if you terminate early they charge you 150.00 I never agree to do that ever! Unwittingly I was switched to this company, and they gave me a comparative rate for a year but then did what I would call a "bait and switch" -- dropped me from one plan and put me on expensive plan Like most I don't pay too much attention to my utility bill
Today I discovered that they were charging me about cents per KWH while the current other rates are around cents -- including their own "fixed rate"!! So I was paying 30+% more for electricity every month -- compare to even their own "other" plan
I dropped them today although they offered me $to keep me as customer and put me on the plan for centsOf course, I said no, I would have saved more than that on my bill in the last month alone Too bad I discovered it after years as I never looked at my utility bill closely
I would not recommend this company as in my opinion even variable rates ought not to vary that much from the market

This is in response to MrMark ***'s complaint received on 01/28/2015. Mr*** was contacted on 01/28/2015 by one of our outsourced telemarketing firms Mr***'s telephone number is confirmed to be on the National Do Not Call
registry. It is unfortunate, and our mistake, that he was included in the campaign and contacted by our vendor. We have recently updated our Do Not Call lists and improved our internal processes to ensure that Sperian Energy vendors are not contacting customers that have requested to not be contacted. I telephoned Ms*** and apologized for the negative experience she had with Sperian Energy. I assured her that her ConEd electric account was dropped from our service. Her end date is on 9/03/2014 and she will not incur any penalty fees I informed Ms*** that we are reimbursing her $152.83. I explained to her that unfortunately ConEdison was only supposed to bill her our monthly Energy Service Fee once at $4.93, however they had billed her every day at $x 32(her billing cycle) for a total of $
