Complaint: [redacted] The merchant claims the response is "automatic"; however, no such response was received I would like to see some sort of evidence that said acknowledgement was sent.The Only Order Record I Have Is What I Printed Out While Placing The Order! NOTHING From The Merchant Ecept As Enclosed In The Shipments.The FIRST communications I received from the merchant was weeks later after I sent had sent several emails & faxes over the course of daysAnd that was simply stating my order was in process and would be "dispatched" shortly.The merchant provided only minimal information in those communications as shown in his e-mails as attached.More then weeks after placing my order I emailed & faxed the merchant again and advised them to cancel my order if it had not shipped I requested tracking number or other documentation of shipping.Merchant responded saying it had shipped, nothing moreI emailed back asking a 2nd time for tracking information or documentation of shipment.Merchant responded with tracking numbers, UPS & FedEx and claimed shipping dates.The date merchant provided for the FedEx parcel being shipped from the merchants location was a clearly misleading dateMerchant stated it had shipped about the 30th when in fact the merchant did not provide shipment information to Fed Ex until the 1st and the package was not actually tendered to FedEx for four additional days DOCUMENTATION OF THIS AS PROVIDED FROM FEDEX IS ATTACHED In my email and fax regarding the cancellation I specifically requested to be provided with tracking numbers or documentation if my order had shipped The merchant failed to provide this information, providing only the minimal information of "Has Shipped" I Had To Make Another Request To Obtain The Shipping Information And Tracking Numbers.The Merchants Minimal Communication With The Consumer Is What Has Resulted In Consumers Dissatisfaction And This Complaint being Filed.The merchant did refund the $as he claims, however, interest was incurred on that amount during the delay of more then days from the date the merchant charged my credit card and the date the incomplete order was received and shipping charges were applied based on the entire order as placed with No Adjustments having been applied for the missing items that were never shipped.Sincerely, [redacted]

And that was simply stating my order was in process and would be "dispatched" shortly.The merchant provided only minimal information in those communications as shown in his e-mails as attached.More then 3 weeks after placing my order I emailed & faxed the merchant again and advised them to cancel my order if it had not shipped.  I requested tracking number or other documentation of shipping.Merchant responded saying it had shipped, nothing more. I emailed back asking a 2nd time for tracking information or documentation of shipment.Merchant responded with 3 tracking numbers, 2 UPS & 1 FedEx and claimed shipping dates.The date merchant provided for the FedEx parcel being shipped from the merchants location was a clearly misleading date. Merchant stated it had shipped about the 30th when in fact the merchant did not provide shipment information to Fed Ex until the 1st and the package was not actually tendered to FedEx for four additional days.  DOCUMENTATION OF THIS AS PROVIDED FROM FEDEX IS ATTACHED.
