Reply to ID [redacted] Ms [redacted] removed the vehicle from our premises without allowing us to attempt to get it running and analyze the issueWe have heard no more from anyone and do not know what happened to the vehicleWe have an outstanding balance with Ms [redacted] of $for the towing we did which was not covered under any warranty and she did not pay! It is impossible for the customer to have not known how much the vehicle wars...it is all stated very clearly on the sales agreement and the bank contract both of which he signedHe also signed the NYS lemon law agreement which states there is no warranty over milesWe are under no legal obligation to make any repairs for free and anything we do for him is a courtesyWe are sorry he is having issues but it is not because of anything we have done

To Whom It May Concern: In response to complaint ID [redacted] filed by [redacted] , we are attaching the We Owe signed by Mr [redacted] at the time of deliveryThis shows he was only promised a replacement of the cracked cowlThe tires were not an issue at the delivery and they were aware of any scratch on the Nav screenThis should close the caseDaryl Spacc

We were able to put Mr. *** into a different truck and he is happy.

The mileage was 101k and I constantly asked about warranty or extended warranty at the time of purchase however since the dealership even failed to tell me how much the vehicle in question was (surprise surprise it was overpriced) its no surprise they couldnt tell me about warranty or even potential exchange

This complaint was fixed and should be closed.Larry Spacc

Not really sure what mailings she is getting from us....just throw it away!

In response to Ms. [redacted]'s complaints; we would like to have it noted that when Ms. [redacted] spoke to us in reference to the housing on her defroster, we explained that the vehicle that she purchased was no longer under warranty.  Due to this, in theory she was responsible for paying for the...

repair in totality, but we wanted to help, so we told her we would split the cost of the repair with her.  She agreed to proceed and understood that the dealership would cover $400 of the repair and she would be responsible for the other $400.  The repair was completed in 2 days and the customer was able to have her vehicle back after the repair was completed.  As far as the rest of Ms. [redacted]'s complaint/concerns, this is the first that we have heard of any of this.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Two days after buying the vehicle and telling them about the defroster and it is no longer under warranty??  And they knew how I was treated, I called the GM myself and told him.  And my vehicle was done in two days?!?  I told them on 8/25 that I agreed to pay $400 because it had already been over a month of this and I was sick and tired of it.  I got my vehicle back on 9/7.  Not quite two days.  And they split it with me because they knew they were wrong and should be paying for the whole thing and it was their way of trying to look good.  I know I'm not going to get my money back, I just wanted to get this out to the public so they can see what kind of company they really are.  Like I said before, if they were any reputable company, they would have fixed it no questions asked, but they are not and if I can save even just one person from the hell I went through by them seeing this, good for me.

We have made contact with the customer and are working to resolve the issue of the multiple credit bureaus with Transunion.
