Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, but I wanted to get as much information about that as I couldI'm sorry that the customer felt that they were disrespected and insulted, but from my research, they were being very rude to not only the bartenders, but also to other customers I have several customers that were there that night that pointed out that the group in question was harassing other customers and it was a busy night that and i'm sorry they weren't able to be served in what they felt was a timely matter, but other customers that were there had to wait a little bit for drinks, but they understood and didn't have a problem with it to the statement that Jeramy was being rude to them and other customers, he was defending himself and others from rude customers And also about him insulting customers, that is false, those customers that were being insulted were people that he knew It wasn't insulting to them, it's just people that know each other giving each other a hard time in a fun matter To an outside person, it could sound insulting, but it's friends talking smack to each other in a bar, it happens in most bar every day Thank you for your time, any other questions, please let me knowThanks, ***

I also have witnesses, approximately 12 people, that will testify that the bartenders were insulting to them. And not in a joking matter. [redacted] boldly called my boyfriend a inappropriate name after ordering a drink. My boyfriend did not name the drink, so no need to insult. I realize that this is a he said she said situation. Your bartenders. Will of course defend there jobs. I respect that. However I was there and witness and experienced the poor service.
