Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Though I do think people need to know that a fully executed contact to this company means nothing, even after research that could have been done in the months prior to executing of the contract and months after the contract was signed The additional was not because he felt bad That was compensation to release him from his obligation to the contract Sincerely, [redacted]
As Mr *** stated, our company entered into a contract to lease his property with the intent of sub-leasing it out Upon further examination of the numbers and after walking several potential tenants through the home, due to the condition of the property as well as the mortgage balance on
the house, we made the decision that the deal simply would not work for us At that point we informed Mr*** that we would need to back out of the contract This notice was given before the first payment was to be made Instead of making things difficult and dragging out the situation any longer, we agreed to grant possession of the property back to Mr***, allow him to keep the initial $1,earnest money deposit, and send him a an additional check for another $1,because we felt bad about backing out of the deal We agree that the final payment was made late due to unforeseen circumstances but at this time, the check has been mailed and we have honored our commitment
