To Whom It May Concern:
This letter  is to address the Revdex.com complaint #[redacted].
On September 20,2013 [redacted] came to Steve Coury Ford Star Valley and purchased the 2006 [redacted] vin #[redacted]. He was very happy and...

would not take any other vehicle that was offered. He was adamant to purchase the [redacted].
The [redacted] was traded in August 14, 2013. At the time of trade in the [redacted] had a safety inspection performed by the Steve Coury Star Valley service department. See exhibit 1.  At this time there was a code of [redacted]. This code is a performance part related to a vvt camshaft rd. There were no safety issues at this time with the unit so it was put up for sale. On Sep 3,2013 the vehicle was sent to Steve Coury Camp Verde service department, at which time It was decided to perform a master clutch cylinder replace.  See exhibit 2.
Mr. [redacted] purchased the vehicle ,As Is. See exhibit 3. He drove the vehicle for 5 days and returned with the check engine light on for the [redacted] code. This code did not cause any safety issues so the light was turned off and then returned to the customer.  See exhibit 4. Mr. [redacted] then returned with the vehicle on Oct 8, 2014 with the complaint that the vehicle is running rough.  Steve Coury Star Valley sent the vehicle over to the [redacted] store and they again reset the code and drove multiple times with  no issues. See exhibit 5. Oct 15, 2013, Mr. [redacted] retuned again with complaint that the car is running
rough.  At this time the tech at Star Valley store replaced wt gear on camshaft to satisfy the code and the check engine light.  Again this does not pose any safety issues. Customer was advised to replace the gas cap to prevent any other check engine lights from coming on.  The cap was not sealing properly.
See exhibit 6. On November 11,2013 customer retuned once again with complaints  of clutch issues. The tech from Star Valley removed both slave cylinder and clutch master cylinder. .They were leaking and were replaced.  Found the clutch was worn out and needed to be replaced.  At which time the customer was advised. See exhibit 7.
Mr. [redacted] purchased this this vehicle with the knowledge that he was purchasing a used vehicle with over
100,000 miles on it. He also signed an Implied Buyer's Warranty  statement that clearly states (This means that the dealer does not make any specific promises to fix things that need repair when you buy the vehicle or after the time of sale. But, state laws "implied warranties may give you some rights to have the dealer take care of serious problems that  were not apparent when you bought the
vehicle.)  Any issues that the customer has brought to our attention have been addressed and fixed with
no out of pocket cost to the customer.  Steve Coury Star Valley and Steve Coury Camp Verde have spent
$2229.58 to resolve any and all issues In regards to the 2006 [redacted]. We are not responsible for how the customer treats or drives the vehicle after he purchased the vehicle.  Normal wear and tear has occurred and the customer should now be responsible for any and all repairs from now on.

I received no prize. I received reimbursement for gas because I drove an hour and a half under false pretenses. More lies on their part. Like I said sm of the earth.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  I received Check [redacted] for $284.62 on July 2, 2014 and have deposited the check.  As long as the check clears my account, I will consider this finally resolved.  Thank you for your assistance in helping me get this resolved after five months of unsuccessful attempts by myself.

Regards,

This gentleman that filed this complaint is not a customer. He came to a sale event of ours and discussed with the sales manager.  He received the prize he did win and then he left.
Should you have any questions, please contact me.

We have taken care of this and have spoken with [redacted].

Thank you,

Recieved an advert in the mail. 100% deception. They decieve you into thinking you've won money but when you get there it is not true. That's a sure fire to sell cars by deceiving people. Is. Sm of the earth. If I had a chance to save the lives of one their employees or steve coury himself I would opt to not help them and watch them perish to my amusement. This is the kind of resentment you build when you decieve people.

I am sorry the customer felt the need to file a complaint on this matter.  When the customers refund check was cut and given to them is was in March of 2014.  The customer held the check or didn't try to cash the check for numerous months.  In the meantime the Dealership closed that...

account and when the customer tried to cash, it would not clear.  I was given this project to reconcile and found out that yes the account was closed before this check cleared.  This was a process that took a few days.  Once this was found out a check was cut, but there have been no check signers to sign.  When I spoke with Mr [redacted] yesterday, I explained the situation, and asked if I could put it on a debit card as a refund.  I have ran the credit on his credit card and sent a copy via regular mail to his address that he provided to me.  Please have him contact me should he need anything further.

Thank you,

Business Office

With turnover in the office at our stores, the check was dropped off in the accounting office, and then was misplaced in the shuffle of desks etc.

I have cut a check to Mr [redacted] and am sending in the mail today.

Check # [redacted] for 284.62

Please let me know should you...

need anything further.

I WORKED FOR THIS DEALER AND HE REFUSES TO PAY ME FOR MY TIME AND TRAVEL, THIS IS WHAT HE AGREED TO NOW WILL NOT PAY.

Mr. [redacted] warranty has been cancelled and a full refund of $1995.00 has been sent to his lien holder via UPS overnight delivery.

Thank you,
