We have offered as the manufactuer to return and replace the unit at the additional price The building was signed for as satisfied upon completion by the customer

Just had a 30'x20' garage installed on 8-17-by Newmart Builders, and I am super happy with itThe ordering process was easy and worry freeThere were plenty of options to fit my needs and it came out greatI've heard a lot of horror stories from other people's experience with other companies, but Newmart was top notch from start to finish, and the install team led by Joe done a top notch jobI would recommend them to anyone looking for a metal building or carport

Revdex.com spoke with the businessThey offered to split the $and Ms [redacted] rejected that $the business is still offering the $as a goodwill gestureThe customer can contact the business to set up this refund

We intend to go to Mr [redacted] next week and get the building taken care of I do not have a day and time scheduled yet, but my scheduling department will be in contact by the end of this week to schedule with him We regret the problem with Mr [redacted] , as we were under the impression that the building had been taken care of since we have not heard from him in such a long time We apologize for the problem

I ordered a carport from newmart builders they took the order and the deposit in November of called me and said they would be here on December 21st to put it together my husband had to take the day off from work they were scheduled for the hours between 12:and 3:they never showed or called I called them and they said they would call me back finally at 4:I called them and was told they would have to reschedule for the end of January because they will not schedule just one job in the area what a joke I will not recommend them ever very poor customer service

I purchased carport through a very reliable retailer Sept I was told construction would be done in 4-weeks which was doneHowever, the crew said they had one other job in area they were working on and would need to leave for a while which I was ok with I was told the driveway was slightly off I told them I had landscaping bricks they could use Was told that would not work Offered to go Lowes miaway to get what they needed Was told they could not wait and could level some I told them I was ok if off a few inches During construction crew cursed a lot (not to me) which I did not appreciateAfter job done I assumed they leveled per out agreement A few days later, I noticed carport had a bad lean to left I made at least five calls and GM was never availableFrustrated, I told the person I wanted to speak to him NOWWhich he did I Explained the situation and GM agreed someone would be out to look at carportWeek later--Never happened! Called several more times GM or construction manager never there Sent GM a letter month later recapping our conversation and requested a response Nothing! Talked with retailer whom I purchased He made a call and called me backHe spoke to their district manager and assured him/me I would receive a call in a week Never happenedI feel this company has poor customer service ethicsHas been three months now I would not recommend using this companyMakes me wonder why they are not Revdex.com Accredited

Our Newmart carport was constructed a few years ago They sent three teenagers to put it together The first day, my husband found rivet bolts and a flat, new tire on his car When he called he was told to go buy a magnet and pick them up! He never could resolve that issue Now, the roof is leaking on our cars when it rains; leaving acid like spots and ruining the paint We went to have a tire checked last week and the owner of the shop said, "I can see you have one of those [redacted]  sheds from the spots!" We have been calling for months and were told they would call back Of course, they never did

On December 17, we spoke with [redacted] *** and we came to a mutual agreement Newmart Builders Inc will refund $ Newmart Builders appreciates the situation being brought to Managements attention

We have the customer scheduled for Tuesday 7/between and PM We will do whatever we can to fix the building on site If more is needed to fix the building, we will schedule the repair with the necessary materials The customer has been contacted and notified of the scheduled date

We have been in contact with Mr [redacted] today 12/21/ He is available two days in January to accept his building, and we will work with him to accommodate his schedule for install We look forward to serving him

They did finally come and put the shed upHowever, there are so many things wrong with it that the person we had look at said the metal needs to come off and be replacedI think a representative of the company should personally come and inspect their workThere is metal that buckled and not fixed There are screws that were put in that missed the frame and were movedThey chalked the holesOn the inside there are places you can see daylight Many places where the metal is torn and bent overThere are about pictures I can send when I get home August th ,I am in Colorado Springs Cn a job and will be back home next week

The customer and Newmart Builders, Inc have come to an agreement on this matter

***, We did go out to Mr *** home to address his problems. We raised the legs, and adjusted the gable. The customer has a gravel pad for his building, but the baserails are actually sitting on the sandy ground on the outside of the gravel base. The building is also sitting on blocks in the back on one side of the baserail. We do this when the pad is not level. Because the buildings base is not on solid ground, Mr *** will have continued problems with his building sinking. I am attaching pictures of the building. As you can see, we did raise the legs, the roof line is straight, and the block is clearly sinking into the ground on the end of his building

Newmart Builders, Inc is the manufacturer. It is the customers responsibility to obtain a permit prior to the building being erected, and having it inspected after is has been installed. The building was not inspected after it was installed, or the absence of mobile home anchors would
have been detected.Newmart Builders, Inc is not responsible for Acts of God such as wind, as stated in the disclaimer on the order form. The customer also altered the building by lag bolting wood to the legs of the structure and attaching plastic around the outside of three sides of the building. Newmart does not recommend three sided buildings, due to potential wind damage. Newmart does not accept any liability of damage associated with wind. Newmart did offer to refund the price of the mobile home anchors and prepare an insurance quote for the customer, which was copasetic during the initial conversation

We spoke with the customer, and since the dealer refunded their deposit, and they have not paid for the building, the customer asked that we pickup the building. We will get it scheduled to pick up, and we are sorry that this was such an unfortunate situation for our customer
