was hired to install tile in my shower and on the bathroom floor. Also, he was contracted to install new faucets for the bathtub/shower. Furthermore, he was to repair some water damage.
During his bid, it seemed that he would be doing the work. He never mentioned other workers. However, *** hired two strangers from *** for the job. They were slow, incompetent and messy. Even though this was brought to *** attention several times, he did nothing to remedy this situation for about month. (During this time, my home didn't have a working bathroom. So, my wife and I had to relocate.) *** finally fired them and finished the job himself. After the job was completed (5/2/19),he was paid.
About a week later, the shower began leaking into the basement. We called ***, and it took nearly another week before he could come to work on it and said that it was repaired. However, shortly after, it was leaking again! I have tried calling, texting and leaving messages for ***, but have not heard from him. So, on 06/28/19, I contracted a different plumber to make repairs. On July 9, 2019 the repairs were made.
