Hello, I read their response and it appears this company is trying to be funny by claiming they didn't clean a "SQUIRREL CAGE" and that a squirrel had got into my Mother's house and diedThat didn't happenThis company apparently doesn't even have the intelligence or knowledge that a squirrel cage is to the blower fan blade in the AC unit that they were suppose to cleanTheir company refers to the AC squirrel cage when selling this service but now seems to want to make lies and jokes about a squirrel cageI have attached a photo of the squirrel cage that wasn't cleaned as a referenceThis company is just horrible and it is a shame companies like this continue to operate without fear of repercussion

The ad in may never mentioned anything about being the first or caller? I have heard the ad several times with no mention of that which is why I went online? If that was the case I would have never went online
