[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Storm Restoration was hired to complete my roof and some interior water damageMy roof was complete on Feb 01,On Feb 3, a representative from Storm RS came to my home and advised me that [redacted] would be calling meHe has not reached out to me u til todayFirst I was contacted by someone from his office named [redacted] that I put in a complaint and She wanted to make sure everything was fine with my roofI have not had an inspector come out yetI told [redacted] that the rep who came out on Feb 3rd stayed that [redacted] would be in contact with me about the interior damage [redacted] called me today and left a voicemail stating that he discussed with me that he was waiving my deductible and ONLY fixing my roofNo such conversation has ever occurred [redacted] also left in this voicemail that I need to remove my Revdex.com complaint as it is a breach of contractI am not removing this compliant as the work we agreed upon and no estimates have been given to me in writingPrior to this voicemail [redacted] has not contacted meI texted him on January & he responded that materials were orderedThat was our last contactPrior to that we spoke with my attorney on way Regards, [redacted]

I believe this company is now out of business and was operating with someone else's license which is now inactive. Illegal and criminal. Sleep with one eye open, 'cause they'll be coming for you Green.

I am rejecting this response because: this company still has never given me any type of estimateThere has been a lack of communication between myself and the company until I submitted this complaint with the Revdex.comMy insurance company paid out over $which the company has all of those fundsI am not sure how much the roof cost but the adjusters worksheet that I have does not reflect my insurance claim being over $15kI reject his responseI have kept very detailed records of emails and other communication that have not gotten responses from this companyAs far as the contract goes, it was suppose to cover the hurricane damage not just a new roof.

The complaint filed is suggesting we have not completed this projectThe roof has been completed per Duval County inspectionThe interior portion of the project was not apart of the scope of work because it was used to offset a portion of the customers deductible which was $The customer has paid zero dollars towards the project and therefore we consider this matter closedAs a reminder this complaint is in violation of our agreement and I am hereby formally demanding you end this complaint and begin arbitration proceedings pursuant to our contract

Buyer Beware!. Buyer beware - the old saying stays true for this company. I got a quote from them, and everything seemed fine until I did my due diligence. I found out the owner, Wyatt Green, has been part of quite a few nefarious ventures, including Flyer Guys, a company that the Revdex.com gives a grade less than F (didn't even know that was possible, but when you see "revoked" that's what that means). But what was really shocking was looking at their reviews on Google. I went back a few pages and started clicking on the blue names (I do that when I want to see what other companies have been recommended by the same person). Look at Stacy D, Tiffany, Pam, Kenneth, and Nada... when you click on their names you see that they either bought a lot of fences at once and were only satisfied with Wyatt, or they are false reviews posted by Wyatt to make him look better, and slander other companies... I'm not sure why someone would make that part of their business plan, but it won't earn my business! Stay away!

Mr. Green is real piece of work and has absconded with insurance money. He will have to pay for his crimes. He can run, but he can't hide. Stay away from these scammers.

I am rejecting this response because:My roof was completed on 02/01 but the water damage inside my home has not yet been fixed. I have not heard from anyone with Storm Restoration since 02/03 when someone named [redacted] came to ask about my roof. [redacted] also told me that [redacted] would be in touch with me in a couple days to go over what my next steps are for the rest of the repairs. I am still waiting for him to reach out to me.

Why don’t you report this to the Revdex.com?

No refund of any kind will be given and based on this customers persistent harassment and complete disregard for our contract we will be filing a legal suit. We have adhered to the terms of our agreement and completed the work obtaining a Certificate of Completion from the Duval County. The customer has not paid her deductible obtaining a free roof. Due to the proceeding litigation we will not be responding further.

I am rejecting this response because my deductible was not $5200. My deductible was $3714. I was NOT told by the company that they were not completing the interior work by waiving my deductible. I paid this company the entire amount of my insurance proceeds in which I was stil not given an estimate of how much any of this would cost. I reject his response and I will not be closing this complaint.
