If I could give ZERO stars I would!
So I reached out in regards to me paying additional money for additional poses and this is the response I received about my inquiry.
"Unfortunately, when it comes to the photoshoots that we provide in the Spring, it is previously decided with the school for the choice of the package option and that we are unable to alter them in any way. I apologize for the confusion about the two pose package options. "
And to top it off they make sure not to include any phone numbers to be able to speak to an actual person via phone. I am disappointed and I'll be sure to spread the word of the not great experience I have had with this company. The schools should really reconsider going back to Lifetouch.

Senior Portrait Horror
Make sure you take photos yourself and ask to see what pictures the photographers are about to take! Here are alllllllllll the issues from my daughters images:

She has no full-body shots.
Two proofs were loaded on the side and were off centered.
She is standing next to a column with the word Senior but you only see a cut-off letter S.
Bottom of shoes showing in the shot. The photographer could have asked her to change the position of her legs (the one she was most looking forward to purchasing).
Looked like this was supposed to be a full-body shot and is just an awkward-looking pose/angle since her feet are cut off.

We ended up with just one image to choose from after my daughter being completely devastated about something she has looked forward to forever!

It took almost a year for someone to get an answer in regards to the two photos loaded incorrectly on the side and off-centered. I was told nothing could be done about either issues. I just called this morning to ask if I could have those two images sent to me and was told they are a company "for profit" and I needed to pay $100 for the digital images even though the photography was of poor quality . I was refunded the photo session last year so asking for the two images was too much of a loss for Strawbridge Studios even though we were going to spend that amount and more when purchasing the one image that was acceptable.

Be ready to take photos on your own to ensure the images and memories will be priceless for your Senior and not a complete waste of time and disappointingt. DPS choose another studio, PLEASE!

I had such an easy experience with me, and my ex being divorced she was able to get me my kid's photos so I could buy some since mom didn't thanks again Michelle.

I spoke with Michelle this afternoon about a picture issue with one of my students, she resolved it quickly and very efficiently! Excellent customer service, couldn't be happier!
My own child had pictures taken and I ordered them online and they were delivered to school, excellent pics, great service! Prices are very reasonable!

Customer Service
I am not very great on the computer and was looking for how to pay online. I had the help from Daija. The representative took the time to show me and also sent me a video. I did not feel insulted in her asking me to send it. I know we are well into the technology age and finding things or moving around comes easy for most, but not me. Thank you, Daija, for taking that time.

Very disappointed
My daughter has had her Santa photos taken with Strawbridge for 5 years now. I normally send the money for the package and that is it. This year the multiple "order online" on the flier caught my attention and had me deciding to go online to order her photos to add dates and see what all I could order with her Santa photo's this year. Mind you there is NOWHERE on this flier that states prepay only (not sure how you "pay online" if prepay only) so my daughter did not get her photo taken with Santa. In the end it's a backdrop I get it, not the point. I am so upset to have this 1 year missing. Thank you Strawbridge for your lack of direction on your flier.

Never Have I Ever Been So Unsatisfied Ordering School Pictures!
I mean wow, in all the years that I have been ordering my kids' school pictures I have never been so frustrated and dissatisfied as I am with this company! First of all, you can't even get a human on a phone to help you. Second, when I tried to use the Live chat it worked out fine until I started asking multiple questions to the so called "human" on the other end and then my "Live chat" would be gone. I couldn't see my high school daughter's proof but they were still saying that I could order her pictures, no thanks. Third, if you don't place your order more than 5 days after picture day you are charges a late fee. Are you kidding me?! This is 2022 people, there should be no reason that we can't see a proof of our child's picture BEFORE placing an order! So why would I purchase them before hand. This whole ordering process is a disaster and your customer service needs work. I would rather skip order school pictures and have my photographer friend take my kids' pictures and by from her. I really hope schools do more research on finding a photographer to do their school pictures, because this company is horrible!

I hate this company for my kids school pictures!
We moved here from another town and the night and day experience between my old town's company (Lifetouch) and this town's (Strawbridge) is crazy. Save yourself the hassle and choose another company if you are a school district shopping for a photography company. First, Strawbridge makes you buy the pictures from the school before you even see them, which is unbelievable to me. No preview, no anything. I actually missed my child's first year pictures waiting for a sample pic because life touch always at least sends you a sample pic with the order form and info, but then when I called the school to order and view the picture because I hadn't heard anything more, they said Straw bridge doesn't do that and it was too late. I'd have to contact Strawbridge. Well I didn't have my child's Order ID number from the first order form so there was nothing I was told there was nothing they could do.

They also do.not have backup yearbooks on file for my kids school of 2 years ago, even though they claim online that they keep files of kids for 5 years. And their price for yearbooks if you do order on time is also more than I feel this hassle is worth and more than my old town's better company charged PLUS we are lucky if we get the yearbooks by the end of the year!

Second time ordering pictures and didn't receive them.
My experience with this company is so unsatisfied. Never in my many years of ordering pictures have I not received them, Brought pictures I haven't received, having to call, email the company for my kid pictures. I have order fall, spring, and soccer pictures od my daughter this year and I didn't receive my fall pictures until February of the following year, after Several calls and emails I finally received them, spring picture came on time thank God because I was nervous it was going to happen again. And then her soccer pictures. They took the pictures in April and two weeks before school ends she comes home with a Proof picture talking bout ordering pictures, when I know I put 53 dollors in the envelope and filled it out, double check to make sure it was correct and I still had to contact them about the pictures. It's like jumping threw hoops with this company. I NEVER had a problem when the school uses lifetouch. This is my daughter last year in middle school and I've never had a problem with ordering pictures until this year. I do not recommend them. Now I'm waiting on them to FedEx her pictures and school is officially over.

I would give a Zero if optional.. This company is horrible.. their pictures are crap every year.. my kids are always prepared and looking nice for picture day.. my boys are heaver set, with that said...if you have 2 settings one sitting and one standing.. put them standing .. tell them so sit up straight or stand up straight.. push their glasses up so they aren't cutting through their eyes..lift your chin up a little .. look straight ..etc... these are important to parents.. and I'm mortified at the lack of talent or lack of caring these photographers have that take these pictures of our kids.. it's every year..
Hire some people that have talent and care to help our KIDS position themselves in flattering ways so we parents get pictures we want to purchase. My kids are 12 and 13 and almost every year the issues of their pictures not turning out is not on them but the photographer. Something has to change.. I'm so tired of crap pictures these photographers take.
My son said the photographer said to him to sit and smile.. he said these are important to my mom, I wanna make sure I look good.. he said you look fine .. smile.. well he was not sitting up straight .. hunched over bad and his glasses were cutting through his eyes at the photographer angle of picture.. this could have been corrected in less then 30 seconds.. also if he had to sit , have him sit on the edge of the stool so it would be flattering position.. I didn't even care his hair was still damp from his shower or his outfit wasn't dressy .. it's 100%him.. it's the lack of caring to help our KIDS get positioned with perfection.
This companies photographers are a joke.

I would like this company to make their clients aware of how long it takes for them to process your payment. I was just made aware of the payment I submitted on April 23rd, 2015 was just deposited on June 3rd, 2015 which has caused my bank account to be over drawn. I am a single mom and live pay check to pay check and this couldn't of come at a worse time for me. I am just trying to make potential customers of this business aware of this issue so no one who is on a very tight budget runs into this problem!","neg-1

Poor packaging for one order. Only partial order received for second order, poor quality for third order.Poor packaging resolved. Ordered and paid for pictures of son on 5/12/16. Only received one of two photos. Called company on 5/24/16 about this order and problem with sports picture quality for daughter. Was told my son's order would be sent and my daughter's picture would be retouched and sent. More than a month later and I still have no pictures.Desired SettlementI want the remaining picture of my son and the retouched picture of my daughter.
