Craig from Bogart was to come out to restake.. the property line and we were to be informed of time, so we could be there. Craig came out before final grading was completed. The stakes had been removed 2 times since May 10, 2017. We call Stearns county sheriff twice to report trespassing and damage to our property. We also had Craig from Bogart restake from June 2016 survey which someone had removed. SDI may have not removed stakes, small trees and bushes personally, but their subcontractors. We have pictures of before and after. Large tree with root damage is not on the [redacted]'s property.it is on our property. The [redacted]s have not spoken to us re: damage to our property and loss of our privacy. As far as Julie envior. spec. there are questions that are being address. 3. I feel that SDI is the that signed for building permit and should have gotten permission from to use and destroy our property.
